I do expect Sayid to die next year, no idea how and when it will happen though - *if* it happens (no way he isn't surviving the wounds of the finale, it would be too soon and too lame of a way out).

I also expect Sayid to die. (But I feel the same way about Sawyer, especially after Josh's interview with TV Guide magazine.)


Naveen's episode of L&O will air at the same time as the People's Choice Awards. There's a dilemma for those living in the US.

Do you still think Hurley is a goner, too? Because he and Claire have been my picks for those who would make it alive in the end since S2.
But Josh has just said that he has changed his mind about Sawyer dying in that article. I know that Josh doesn't know the end, but would he make such a wish if things were looking that black for the character?

When it comes to Hurley, it's not that I think he'll die. It's just that I've wanted him to even since season 3.

And, strangely, his change of heart made me even more convinced Sawyer is set to die. Lol

Dilemma expressly solved.
And we don't even know if Josh will appear on stage as a presenter.

I don't care if Hurley dies or survives, but usually when it comes to movies and shows I get emotionally invested in, those I *don't* care about always make it to the end. Plus, shows rarely have the guts to kill the "cute" main characters.
Kate is in my safe list, too.
I know you trust your guts a lot, but they've been wrong before. Also, you're scared like all of us of what it will be of him.
The possibility to see Josh is still more of a motivation for me than the certainty to see 95% of the rest of the cast.
That said, I'm stuck in Europe and will see everything recorded one day later anyway.

I wouldn't worry. In order to kill Jin off the writers would first have to remember that he's still on the show.

I thought there was a chance to kill one of them off, but they've dragged their separation for too long to go there now, I believe (although I'm not 100% about their survival like I am for the other 3 characters I listed above).
Ahhh. So you admit to speculate about his death in a sort of "reverse psychology" game with Bad Luck, lol.

Nope. There are just so many reasons why Sawyer dying in the end is a very likely scenario.
