I just this read this interesting comment about Sayid made by Naveen in this article:

I think he is about 3. He's a cutie.

I must admit, I love Sayid for many, many reasons, but what Naveen commented on is certainly one of the main factors. I'm an American. I don't support this war. I don't support how Middle Eastern people are seen in this country and the fact that Sayid is so widely embraced is something I'm very pleased about.
