All this mess to say that maybe they used some Chinatown locations for on-island scenes (maybe some particular interior?).

The last time Ed Reif put pics up there wasn't a date on them, this time they're recent and they were shooting episode 8.

The problem is, he and Yessica were happily shopping at The Cooking Cowgirl (a place were are apparently sold among other things handicrafts made in Cambogia) on Sunday. The only chance is that Josh had no scene to shoot on Monday, though they have just 10 days to shoot episode 8.

I'll say it clearly: I'm lost.

I only skimmed through the spoilers of yesterday morning, now I went to re-read them and "Indeed, his clean cut look suggests that this is a flashback. But who should he meet in a narrow alley, but one M.C. Gainey. And it’s not a friendly encounter, either, involving a gun, and a fistfight." A "narrow alley"? Michael and Tom? Flashback? @_@

ETA - what I meant putting the distance above is that it takes about 7 hours to fly from Breckenridge to Hawaii. Seems too much for a week-end trip, but I hope there is a logic explanation. Or maybe not a logic one: Josh wanted to go to Colorado and just went, the hell with how much it took.

We'll meet the people from the boat at the beginning of the fourth season. They are very interesting and good characters.

He says that we'll see more FFs in season 4 but it will be confusing and we won't know whether we're watching FFs or FBs.

How do they plan on doing that exactly?
Making us believe we're watching a scene from characters' past only to reveal in the last minutes it's actually happening in the future is what they did in the finale and it will become repetitive.

I'm sure that's how Kate's FF will play out. They'll make us think it's set before the crash but then we'll see her meeting with Jack. It's season 3 finale all over again only with switched roles.

Why would he go to this vacation in between shootings considering the distance and the fact that he'll have some time off in a few days? It makes no sense.

I agree that's repetitive, and at this point demarks a lack of good ideas about how to handle the post-shocking-twist phase.
But they can't use it for Kate in a convincing way, nothing in her past FBs suggests that she faced a trial. I think they could use that trick with the Jun episode.

I wasn't in the fandom or even into Lost when Boone died, so I have no idea how that worked. Shannon and Eko's deaths were spoilered (although Damon flat lied when asked about it by Kristin), Ana and Libby's were in the air but I don't recall if it was only or mainly because of the foiler-guy-become-trustworthy.

I agree about Kate but there already seem to be some inconsistent or illogical in her episode (trial in LA for one thing).

With Hurley could be easy, considering the mental institution set, I agree. And I can see a purpose there, because we have one of the new characters showing up there. When I turned my computer on today, there were several vertical lines and all the icons looked weird. I restarted it and it seemed OK. Then I visited TWOP but the letter were huge and they appeared to be smaller on another site. Everything's back to normal now (the normal is also a bit smaller ever since the problems began).
