I think we'll see FF at different points in time, but I take as reference Jack, they need to bring the hero back, I doubt they'll keep drugged!Beardy for too long.

Jorge seems to have been filming with pretty much everyone.
Great. So what about Ryan spotting him and Sawyer having a drink in a strip club scene?
Please.

Misty, this no Sawyer & no Josh period is killing me.

Oh, absolutely. I think Jck the Loser might make an appearence only for a few more scenes, not more. He'll recover instantly after Kate agrees to go back.

As a firm believer that Sawyer might actually be the dying character I don't know what to tell you.
I still don't want to see him off the island. If he has to die, I prefer it happened where he feels at "home".

I found incredibly funny that they had him saving someone during his suicide attempt. Jack could have been in a coma for 2 years, but then someone left the door to his room opened, he heard someone yelling for Help, and he would jump out of bed, fully awake and recovered, and go save the day.
What a man.

Tell me we'll go out tonight and get drunk to drown our pain in the vodka, or any other drink of your choice.
Jokes aside, I'm pretty scared about that possibility. If Odi's source is right though, I'm super confused at how the writers made certain decisions. I mean, Hurley was reported as one of the first choices for the character dying in S4 in those rumors, along with Sawyer. And once they decided to keep him, he's getting more screentime than any other character we've got sightings about. @_@

I don't know if he feels the same now, after what happened with Cooper.

Why do you always have to be so logical?

Aww, you're making me sad now.

I'll go and try out my new clothes now.

Because I can't face believing Sawyer will die. Until I don't get a confirmed spoiler, I need to be prepared for the worst, but at the same time having some hope to hold to. I can't be rational like you if I convince myself that Sawyer's death is a real scenario, and had been discussed since last summer.

LOST in the Big Apple — Hawaii Blog
Quote:
From Fiji to New York City, it’s been a busy week for “LOST.” The production returned to Chapin Lane (which previously played Bangkok in a Jack flashback) and the area around Mark’s Garage to recreate the Big Apple. Streets were lit up with the Christmas spirit, and people bundled up for the imaginary winter cold. The omnipresent green newsstand was also standing by. A narrow alley, a busy street, a New York Yellow Cab. What could possibly happen here?

See the full set of photos here.

As it turns out, the “where” and “what” weren’t the half of it. It’s the “who” that’s the real surprise. Over the course of the evening, I and another “LOST” fan who lived in the apartment building across the street spotted a veritable parade of familiar faces. Harold Perrineau seemed to be the center of attention, which is hardly a surprise since we’ve seen him in Manhattan. Indeed, his clean cut look suggests that this is a flashback. But who should he meet in a narrow alley, but one M.C. Gainey. And it’s not a friendly encounter, either, involving a gun, and a fistfight. The sounds of the confrontation echo down Honolulu streets.

And what’s this? A car crash?

For a location shoot that may be among the last filmed in 2007 given the writers’ strike, this one looks like a doozy.
So it is Michael's FB. I guessed this one right.

Spoilers: Locke filming
Quote:
Thanks to The ODI for finding the following from Terry O'Quinn's stunt double, Ed Reif. It looks like were filming some Locke scenes yesterday.

On The Set of Lost Today in Haleiwa--As Terry O'Quinn's Stand In.

I'm too lazy to upload the photos.

So, we know that Locke and Ben will definitely not die.
Ben's face is still covered in blood. This makes me think that the pace of the show will continue to be slow.

Celebrity Sighting in Breck

Last week, Josh Holloway of the hit TV show “Lost” was vacationing in Breckenridge with his wife Yessica.

The couple, who live in Hawaii where the show is filmed, were out and about on Main Street on Sunday and stopped in to check out “The Cooking Cowgirl.” The owner said they were very nice and were enjoying their time in Breck.

Deirdre Shattuck resides in Breckenridge and maintains her enthusiasm for celebrity gossip even while living in the mountains.
So Josh went on vacation last week. I guess he wasn't busy filming.

Misty...

This is when you cuddle with me on the couch while I eat ice-cream to forget the fear, and you promise me to love me even if I become fat because of the candies and other sweeet food I swallow to go though the depression.

What is Josh doing in Colorado? The filming for ep. 4x08 started on Monday and should end just before Thanksgiving. Can Sawyer being not in the mini-season finale or having already finished shooting his scenes? I can't see that happening. and we saw HP on the freighter in Ryan's pic, it can't be a on-mainland only episode.

I want some ice-cream.
We'll be fat and depressed together.

Why would he go on a vacation if he was shooting for episode 7 or is supposed to be filming ep 8? It doesn't really make sense if they end on November 22. It would seem more practical for him to go to Colorado after that.

Who knows?

I'm re-reading the news with more attention: he was spotted on Sunday, Nov. 10. That was the day after the filming for episode 7 was supposed to finish, they started shooting episode 8 on Monday (Jorge mentioned no overlapping). Colorado is not a close-to-Hawaii destination you go to visit in the week-end... I'll have to check a US map (I suck in geography), but there are a lot of kilometres between the two states.

The more I rationalize this news, the worse it sounds.

I didn't know when the shooting for ep 8 started. Thanks for the info.
Jorge's "YES!!!!" is still on my mind.

I also suck in geography (my Dad doesn't get how someone can suck in georaphy ) so I went to check the map after I read the news.
My coclusion is the same as yours: Hawaii and Colorado are pretty distant.

Then I went to check Breckenridge and found out there's a ski resort there. Would Josh go skiing only for a few days? It doesn't seem likely.

I'll have to agree.

ETA: Strike Outlaw? Lost Showrunner Returns to Work - Strike Watch: How This Season Is Being Rewritten | TVGuide.com
Quote:
Whatever you think about the writers' strike, ya gotta feel for guys like Lost writer-producer Carlton Cuse. As a writer, he's on strike. But as a producer... mmm, not so much. So even though he's a member of the WGA's negotiating committee, he's returning to work, at least to do some postproduction on the eight episodes that have already been shot. "We feel we owe that to our fans," he tells the New York Times. "We would harm our franchise if we didn't do it ourselves." So who'll be next to punch back in? We'll keep you posted.... In other strike news, um, did they only just hear about it in Canada? Bionic Woman, which shoots in Vancouver, powered down just last week, and Battlestar Galactica will wrap up this Friday.... Although the Hollywood Reporter says that secret meetings are taking place that would bring the hosts of the Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Late Night with Conan O'Brien back to their desks, nothing is expected to happen before Thanksgiving. — Ben Katner
This news leaves me a bit surprised since Carlton has been in the WGA negotiating comittee. Wouldn't it have been more logical for Damon to go back to work?

OT: Francesca, I read your last LJ entry. Is pizza Margherita your favourite?

In mine too.
And I'm not sure the shooting for episode 8 started on Monday, but Jorge said they would finish filming just before Thanksgiving, and we've got info about the Lost crew being at work these last few days so it's not like they have taken a pause after episode 4x07. The freighter pics and Harold Perrineau possibly there seem to indicate they're shooting ep. 8.

These similarities between our fathers are really starting to get weird with how many they're...

Thanks about that info.
You were also right before saying that with the strike, it's strange that Josh would rush a vacation having 3-4 days out of work, when he could have months filled with spare time starting with December.

Postproduction only involves editing and stuff like that? I mean, isn't there any conflict in being on strike as a writer but going back to check that stuff? I don't know.
Quote:

It depends. I'll try to explain : if I know the place where I'm eating it, or the person preparing it, cooks an excellent pizza, Margherita is the best. If you find someone who has original mozzarella di bufala, then you have perfection. Margherita is also what you have to order to check the quality of a pizzeria the first time you go there. If you are eating at a place which is kinda meh, then it's best to take something more elaborated (for instance, I love mushrooms - "porcini" - or grilled vegetables) and with more ingredients to... compensate.
But Margherita is the best, when done well.
Though I love basically... almost any variation, as long as it's pizza.

P.S. Misty, no one opens you mail other than you, right?

When I give directions, I use words such as up and down and he usually says that my expalanations make no sense.

I have no idea what producers do, especially when they are writers as well. Technically those showrunners who have both functions should do their producing duties but they said that it usually involves some activities which belong to writing sphere so they refused to go back to work.
Something like that.

Just like my father.

Mine also gets angry when the news or an article mentions a small town here in my region and I ask where is it, he thinks is blasphemic not to know everything about the area you live in.

No, but... you know.

P.S. sorry about totally ignoring the other spoilers you posted this morning, but to put it in a polite way, I really don't care about anything that doesn't involve Sawyer at the moment.
