Exactly, but I hate the idea of such a scenario, although it could be convenient for the producers, because they may get the chance to re-do certain storylines.

Because I would very disappointed if would know what will happend after returning heroes to main land. And why should we keep watching it after we found out what had happened

Although I'm counting on them going with time travelling and stuff like that, I still hope they won't go totally sci-fi. Every season they give more screentime to the mythology and less to the character development.

I really liked how the mythology was just... an aura of mystery surrounding the survivors, in S1, never stealing the spotlight from the characters. I know they had to explore the hints planted there, but they exagerated.

: nothing from the spoilers/rumors front. I sent my question to Kristin and I'm wondering if I should submitt a second one, because I don't have anything useful in mind and what I wanted to ask would never get a reply.

I hate that option. It would mean that nothing mattered because it can all change.

Exactly. It would distorce the concept of "redemption" and give a different, maybe weaker meaning to most things done by the Losties in the "other" reality.

ETA - Misty, in the end I sent one more question. No idea if it arrived in time to be read by Kristin and/or her assistants, though.
