It sounds like a cartoon, but Lost has already stopped taking itself seriously IMO.

BTW There's not nearly enough Sawyer in this episode.

We only get the POV of the character whose episode we're watching.

I thought Clementine was a done deal, the fact she is still in the story is amazing to me. If Sawyer will ever make it back to mainland he could met her, but above all the girl will know his father love(d) her.

We found out nothing about the rescue or those who got left behind.
So, Sawyer chose to stay? It sounds a bit too general for me to make some assumptions.

Oh, Juliet's comment about the Jacket kiss sounds like she's read comments on the fans board.

Maybe we'll have to see his attempt to be a father and a husband as denial? He's suffocating the guilt telling himself he does have everything he wants? I don't know. I still have to fully understand what's going on with Hurley.
Kate doesn't seem guilty, she knows Sawyer is still alive, but maybe thinks Claire is dead?

I'm back from reading Luanne's re-cap. I. can't. stop. laughing! What a soap opera it all sounds. I'm not even pissed about the jate stuff. They are doomed. Lol. You don't give 1 episode every Jack/Kate fantasy and expect it to last. Lol!

I just want to know what Sawyer is up to.

You know, I remember some posters on L-F casting kid models to play Frimples in Leah Kate's story. I could go crazy one week-end and look around for the perfect Clementine. lol

Jate ends up pretty badly for how they handled the episode, but still she was happy to marry him. If things ended well between Sawyer and Kate when they said goodbye to each other, then Skate is over as romantic bound and Jate is the one they might rebuilt in the future.

This episode may end up more hated than SIASL, I didn't think it was possible!

I don't know about the future of Jate, as I said above... these writers are crazy and you can't analyze plotlines as you would do in a normal, decent story.

Kate is living with and ready to marry Jack knowing Sawyer is alive, I think this means doom for Skate as well.

All the characters in the triangle may end up alone.
