I think there really will be a jedding.
They'll pull some crap if they want the triangle to go on.

I wonder if they regret giving the "I Do" title to Skate.

I'm going with living together. I really can't see a wedding taking place.

I'm sure ABC hates how they aren't used to give away the flashback/flashforward stuff in the promos, otherwise I can only imagine how the 4x10 would've looked like last week, lmao.

Canada doesn't have promos, right? We have to wait for the episode to be over in the U.S. to know what's the 4x11 promo all about. I don't know if I'll be able to stay up for that.

They did use a few FF shots for Eggtown.

Oh I'll feel sour grapes too if I have to sit through lovey dovey jateness in whatever extreme form it might take (proposal, living together, marriage, whatever). But I won't explode like some will. I'll feel more lied to. And, "I,Do" will become meaningless. And everything else that Sawyer and Kate shared. He'll be as if he were just her sex toy. And I won't be jerked around from one season to the next until the last five minutes of the series when they will probably have her make her final choice. NO way. That's why I stopped shipping. Plus it makes Kate's character look despicable. The writers really must hate women.

You'll have to wait S6, I'm afraid.

You're right! I forgot about that. I wonder why, though, I don't remember another occasion.

*Even* if Skate would be the end-game, the fact that Jack and Kate have to have their share of things is... absurd, in a show like Lost and after everything we have seen.
And Kate may be playing house with Jack 6 episodes after she threw Sawyer's offer to live together out of the window (she laughed at him until she was cornered by Miles' words).

I agree with both of you.

It's convenient for Skaters to forget how Kate reacted to Sawyer's "proposal" but I still remember it.

I wouldn't be so sure Jate will end badly either. Who knows what will cause them splitting up. Besides, what really matters are Kate's feeling and if she loves Jack in his drugged up state, it's nothing for Skaters to be happy about.

In season 1 Lost seemed like a daring, different show - but those days are long gone. I feel like almost every scene nowdays was written to please a certain fan fraction.

Damn my memory for not working its usual bad with Lost scenes as it does on everything else.

You nailed it. I couldn't care less about circumstamces and external obstacles, what matters to me if Kate breaks up with Jack (if she breaks up with him) because she doesn't love him, not because he's a junkie with Aaron issues.

Yep. And as I said, even things involving mythology start to be modelled on fans' expectations (like Paik possibly involved with Dharma, more Smokey scenes...)

Are you reading Luanne's early viewing report?

Jack says SOB?!?! How pathetic.
Dude, you'll never be as cool as Sawyer.

So Jack and Kate are living together.
We didn't even get to see them do it for the first time.

I guess this is post Eggtown.

Yep. She's the only Canadian poster I know about.

Pathetic is the right world. Now they have to mock and remember to us the third angle of the triangle with such a reference in a J/K scene. Awesome. Not!

Not that it changes anything for me. It just lessens the eww factor.

Yup. Wchich sucks even more for us. Though now I wonder how the episode will end, I'm expecting some drama... if it's not Aaron, will it come from Christian's visions?

And Jack reads to Aaron.
Just like Sawyer back in the day.

His perfect life with Kate.
This is all too funny.

But they don't say why he didn't want to see Aaron or why he changed his mind.

I didn't get the part about Hurley.
Who does he think is dead?

They're going to have to settle for the title "I,Do Too." Blech.

I understood it like Hurley thinks they, the O6, are all dead (maybe that's how he justifies the fact he can see Charlie in his mind)

I don't know how to take this full Jate happy life, I was expecting more drama and subtle stuff... I don' even know how to explain this.

Yep. Jack has just popped up the question, Kate cried and said yes, then put the ring on her finger.

But will he live?
I mean, the appendicitis could kill him.
