I think Jin is definitely not dead, but I'm not sure if they are using it as a cover for some later death or if it's just a gottcha! trick on its own.
There are just too many characters on the show. Some of them have to go IMO.

Thanks for posting the caps. I was looking for some but couldn't find the ones where his eye colour was so clear. Hard to believe. I know.

I remember seeing Loce with very green eyes in some photos or avatars but those could've been photoshopped.

Not is Sun really believes he's dead. They are known to lie to their actors so maybe they told Yunjin to play the scene like she's really a widow.

We also know he had a sister.

I think it's Locke's episode.
The only other option could be that they are the Others' kids but why would they need them to be blue eyed and red headed?

I forgot that Locke's mom was a redhead and had had him at 16. That's the biggest clue here, imo.
Right now I can't really see the purpose of going there with a FB, though.

It wouldn't be bad, if he's dead-dead in the future, to have it confirmed in the next podcast.

Honestly, I'd prefer if he were dead because I'm tired of their twists. But my bet is on Jin being alive.

I've come to the conclusion that Lost writers are stuck each with their own version of characters and still haven't reached a consensus about the issue.

They also usually follow up only on their own episodes and make references to those.

For example: Horowitz and Kitsis wrote the last episode.
They also wrote D.O.C. in which Kate acted like a confused and annoying teenager when talking to Sun and in which Sun was being all tough with Juliet.
They wrote Expose in which Sawyer taught Jin English so that's why they remembered it.

From now on I'll try to guess the writers judging by spoilers and ep descriptions.

You were random by the point you wanted to state was pretty clear.

The worst part is that they recycled a whole season - S3 had a lot of stuff that they tried to but couldn't excute in S2.

Nadia's funeral seems too much of a big deal for Sayid's backstory to put it in Ben's episode.
