I hope your buddy will make it tonight.
Did you make the defrag thing the other day? Or maybe you should do directly for formatting. You have a CD/DVD burner, yes? I don't remember (and I think I was the only person left without one with the older computer, lol).

No burner. I did the defragmentation, but I'm not sure how much it helped.
Never mind. As long as I can post, it's not that bad.

Ouch. That's bad.

When does the episode start, at 2 or 3 a.m.?

Good enough. As long as you remember it as a real info, it's ok.

Misty FTW. And beyond!

Well, there are 6 hours of difference, so it should be 3 a.m.
But I'm not sure.

Why Canada decided 2008 was a good year to stop getting Lost in advance?!

Relying on my memory is never a good thing.

Oh, crap. I should've slept a bit longer.

Maybe they'll start getting Lost early once it goes back to its 10 p.m. time-slot.

It can't be worse than mine, so I benefit from doing it anyway.

I envy you for being able to do that. I either sleep at least 4/5 hours in a row, or I have to stay awake. If I sleep let's say for two hours, when I wake up I'm a wreck.

Well, that would help a bit, yes.

We have 5 more episodes. One will be dedicated to Claire for sure, then Ben, and Jack. I hope Sawyer gets one of the remaining two. Danielle's FB will be held until S5 if they want to cover the complete story they had planned for the current season.

I'm the same, but these are special circumstances. Plus, I only had 5 hours of sleep last night.

Considering Sawyer and Locke are one of the few Losties to remain on the island, it would be fair if they both got their own episodes. Whether a classical FB or something else, is yet to be seen.

Shut up, you have an iron fiber. You're made of win, electricity, neurons and hugging powah. And chocolate-flavored.

That would make the second part of the season super kickass, I hope that's what we'll see. About the flashback, I was a big fan of keeping the pre-island FBs, but Damon's comment about not telling any more backstories that don't help to discover more about the island has convinced me that we won't get anything character-centric only. No Clementine... unless she shows up in Kate's or someone else FF, or Sawyer is rescued in S5. I think you were right with the on-island FBs. (but not the content of them )

I won't bother converting you completely. For now.

They'll probably keep the pre-island FBs for those characters who became a part of the cast later on (Desmond, Ben, Juliet) but I guess even those will be somwhow related to the overall story.

I really wonder what they'll do with the island storyline after the rescue. I hope it will be in the focus of the second half of this season.

You know what my fear is, that they'll focus the spotlight on the heavy mythology - Jacob, 4-toes statue, etc. The backgrounds of the newly introuduced characters doesn't help me to think otherwise - magnetism, polar bears, Lapidus who has a conspiracies radar...

They might as well kill off Sawyer if they don't plan on using him properly. Either he'll somehow become integral to the whole thing or they was no need for him to stay on the island.

I'm off to some live episode threads now.
See you later. If not, then tomorrow.

Ok, now. Let's not forget that Sawyer can't die. Even if for some weird alternate reality mix his character ends up in... General Hopsital, he can't die anyway!

That has to be said.

I just hope he's not just staying behind because A) they needed to keep him away from Kate and B) they wanted to use his popularity to keep people interested in the on-island part of the story.

Those previews....

Ok I can think again: ABC giving away future scenes and therefore contradicting themselves with the audio to the scenes ah well, good for us.

And where did this Sawyer death talk generate from again This makes not caring for Lost in China a lot harder Nah, I really don´t know. Maybe because it´s all so different there you cling to certain things you know well, like books, coffee, and Lost ... I really have to see how I react to the clash of cultures.

As Misty said, you probably won't even think about the show when you're there. Or you can always corrupt someone to find info for you.
Aww, thank you, I got the hint and I think I might come back at it...just for precaution

WHY **** ALWAYS HAPPENS WHEN I HAVE LOST TO TAKE CARE OF!

Sorry.

Ok, I still haven't seen the episode but I just watched the promos (thanks MistyPuccy!) and Skate aside - I think my hormones have just decided to relive New Year's Eve because I can sense a party inside.

I've seen Kate coming out of the shower in the Canadian preview, could it be when she finds out she's not pregnant? But she seems to have just a towel covering her, and... you know, when your period is back you would put something else on...
I have no idea.

Alexa, the Sawyert death talk originated by me showing fears in the possible future storylines for Sawyer on the island, and Misty said if they hadn't had any purpose for Sawyer in the story why kept him alive at all, to which I replied with one of my freaked out comments.

I need to go eat and then I'll be back!

I think the best was the scequence on the bed and Sawyer saying "I´l keep you safe" with his southern accent

I don´t think Lost would cover all real life aspects of it - one way or another. But hey, I´m the one who thinks Kate is pregnant so

I see, well you need to be more positive. If one thing´s for sure. Lost wants to look perfect. They have an awsome photography department on the show and look at that promo who they use to sell the ep They wouldn´t dare to miss an opportunity to objectify Sawyer/ Josh Holloway!
