They're nuts. Because Rob is quite nice to his fans. But chasing him into the street where he was grazed by a cab is just ridiculous. He could've been hurt.

I haven't watched the clips, but probably the fans were just too many to keep everyone in check, especially if they were filming/walking around a busy street.
