I've been tempted to check the movie out of curiosity, although I don't like to do that with stories I'm already very little fond of because it seems like I'm looking for exsuses to bash something or make fun of it.
At least the film may fix one of my main problems with the book - having to follow the story through Bella's exclusive POV and her reflections.

BTW, unfortunately for Emilie the madness of the gossips mags only seems to get crazier and stupier:

That's what I had in mind. She will already appear in gossip columns because of the divorce, she truly didn't need to be pointed at as the possible cause of tension between two teenagers' idols. She may have to read immature bashful comments caused by something that doesn't even exist - part of the Twilight fanbase is passionate and young enough to do it.
