My French is super rusty, but basically the article says that Josh's new short haircut (coupled with the blond colour and the blue eyes) reminds them a bit of Brad Pitt in the good old days when he and Angelina Jolie started dating, and asks the readers if they prefer him with long hair or short hair. Josh said goodbye to the long hair that gave him a bad boy, surfer look on Lost, and welcomed a tuft a la Tintin (lol). Josh's "winning trick" was to add some grey stubble though, and that is much sexier than Brad Pitt's white goatee.

Brad Pitt was super hot one time. In his Fight Club days. Then he lost it. But going from zero kids to suddenly having a child army will do that to a guy.

Josh's hair is not very thick so it takes work to make it look live in the above style with that lenght. I think we've seen The Precious at its longest in Lost Season 4 and many didn't like it at all.
Of course I loved it even then.
