Do you plan to check out at least one episode? Is it as bad as the premise seems to indicate? *lol*

So, you're going with creepy. I think they are mostly funny although a little weird.

It's creeeepy.
Even the voice at the end of the commercial, which says "Evian, Evian", seems to come straight from a horror movie, lol.
Just wait a few more minutes after the dancing routine is over, and their expressions will start darkening and they'll come for your blood...

It's still early, but in case some of you guys won't be online tomorrow, I'll post my wishes a bit in advance: Happy Independence Day to everyone who celebrates!

Sounds good. Especially the drinks part, hee.

I'll miss Guy. I grew attached to his character even if you sure can't say RH is the series you can expect great development and deepth from.
But it's conforting to know the whole series is over and Guy was there until the very end.

Guys, if you had to recommend a comedy to me, a really good one, what show would you suggest?

There's always fanfiction.

I used to watch every single show on TV until I started spending more time on the net. Now Lost is the only show I follow regularly, so I doubt I can be of help.

What were the last sitcoms you watched and actually enjoyed?

Hmm, Friends..? Will and Grace? *lol*
I've watched some episodes of 30 Rock and How I Met Your Mother some months ago.

I thought some info would help me understand your taste and offer some suggestions, but it didn't.

Why didn't you continue watching those two shows?

I hear 30 Rock is pretty funny. And with Tracy Morgan on there, I don't doubt it one bit.

Sorry about that.

Don't laugh, but with HIMYM there wasn't a reason , sometimes I just... drop something. I guess it's a sign that I wasn't as much into it as I wanted/thought. I haven't watched a lot of eps, though. I should try again.
30 Rock was very good at first, but after a while I got a bit bored.

I'm a disaster with comedies. I think I'm missing the gene of humor.

I haven't watched another comedy since Friends ended. But now I catch re-runs of That 70's Show and regret never watching it before. It's funny as hell.

I understand you. Most of the comedies are not on my obligatory watch list. Sometimes I catch them and sometimes I forget they are on.

HIMYM started airing on one channel about half a year ago and I checked it out. Honestly, I was expecting something way more original and different jusding by the big fanbase and all the praise I see on the Internet. IMO, it's a sitcom similar to most of the others. Okay, but nothing special.

Then there was My Name Is Earl - also praised and apparently loved. The premise is kind of interesting and new-ish, but very soon it got boring and formulaic, like I was watching a procedural show. It didin't help that none of the characters were particularly appealing to me and that they always remain practically the same as they were at the beginning.

I still haven't tried watching 30 Rock.

I did watch all of Friends (it's impossible to miss any episode with all the reruns), but even they were at it's best in the first several seasons IMO.
Seinfeld is also constantly aired and I've seen most episodes, but for me it was George and Elaine who brought the funny. Kramer and Jerry not so much.
Malcolm In The Middle - I really liked.

Actually, I probably watched most of the shows that aired on TV here, the good and the bad, even the ones that are hated and despised on the Internet (that includes the fat-guy-married-to-a-hot-woman ones).

I liked that show, but I still haven't see the last season, which is probaly better since I liked Hyde/Jackie.

I actually preferred Jackie with Kelso. But she ends up with Fez. I just don't...get that.
