I don't see a lot of bases for a Season 4 either. Archer has been well accepted (I guess) but all their ratings-magnets are gone: Robin, Allan, Guy, the Sheriff. I have no idea what happened to prince John. And they have to cast one or two new female chararacters and hope they have success, this time. They can't recycle Kate for Archer too - not because they would shy away from having her appeal to yet another member of the gang, but because she's really the weakest link in the cast and 80% of the fandom feels Meh about the character.

Also, the last episode of S3 had a final feeling to it - not just because of the deaths but also because of the castle's explosion. I know they wanted to keep both options opened (season finale and series finale), but it felt too much like a closure.

That said - I'm sure they'll go for it if there's a chance.
I was checking the summary of the S3 DVD extras, and there is a lot of Archer, and one of the features uses the line "Prepare for a new legend" addressing him.

It's not like I care because I won't be watching even they somehow find a consistent plot and decent storylines for the future.

Definitely sounds like some spin-off. I thought it was no coincidence they introduced Archer who is basically a combination of both Guy and Robin. He's cunning and sort of devious like Guy (not to mention damn good-looking) and he's got Robin's archery skills. And has proven he can be heroic when the time calls for it. So, yeah, I can see them going there.

No more Robin Hood for me. I was only watching the Guy scenes any way.

The only moments I watched more than once were his scenes with Meg.

I, too, loved the episode with Meg.
Gotta love that the female character they did the best job with this season was a one-time guest star.

If they go into a Season 4, how will they call the show? "Robin Hood... sort of", "In the name of Robin Hood", "Robin Hood, now with 50% more bad boy"?

Maria, do you have any series to recommend? I have to fill the RH spot now.

I haven't seen it , but I like the premise of another British show, Being Human. A vampire, werewolf, and a ghost move in together , it sounds like the start of a joke.

Are you looking for something cheesy/goofy, something dramatic , or something subtle?

It does. But hey, sometimes the nicest stuff comes from what sounded like the silliest premise.

Well, to replace RH I would need something to watch with a lighthearted mood, but if you have more dramatic recommendations post them!

I stole this screencap from LJ because it's too cute:

That's him.

He has sported the long hair only in S3, and in the beginning I didn't like it at all compared to the shorter haicut of S2, but the look grew on me. In the second part of the season his hair looked pretty good.

Mmmmmm, yummy. Now that I've first seen him with teh long hair, I don't think I'd like it short.

Oh, that's not bad either. I was thinking "short" hair. The Star Trek sideburns have to go, though.

I really don't have anything that I've watched this summer that I would recommend. I haven't seen Hung, it's about a man that decides to take advantage of his biggest asset and become a manwhore.
Nurse Jackie stars Edie Falco, but it's one of those subtle shows that doesn't appeal to everyone. I watched an episode and was bored.

2 of my favorite Richard Armitage videos.

Richard in a lot of different roles made by HeathDances.

I was watching a bunch of Richard Armitage interviews this morning on youtube. He has such a lovely, mesmerizing voice.
