I haven't been around replying for a while, sorry , hopefully now your foot is healed.
As I said in the past thread, S3 went a bit too insane with romance and the triangle for my taste. And what happened made everyone look crazy, minus Sam who was completely out of the loop lol. You can read Kara's behaviour in a lot of different ways, sometimes she run from Sam to Lee, then she does the opposite.
Back then, when I watched UB it seemed like she was using Sam to get over Lee, but a lot happened after that.
I never got too much of an interest in them, but it was hard for me to judge objectively because I wasn't a big supporter of Lee, that of course made me see things with some bias. I did like the Kara/Leoben interaction, it was very intriguing, at least for a while.
I do like to think of Kara as someone who didn't belong to anyone in the end, so I got my peace with anything they chose to do romance-wise.

Have you finished watching the whole series?
Yes, sometimes they went down too heavily with her sense of right and wrong, and what she was willing to do to reach a certain outcome, that stripped away her humanity, or so it looked. With Adama, they were much more careful in that sense, even if he was a leader, as well.
I got it just one hour ago, haven't listened to it yet, though. Can't wait to do so tonight.

True. Everyone but Sam looked pathetic. Dee looked ridiculous because she knew she was a second best option, yet she married Lee anyways. I remember in an extended footage there was a scene where she was like, agreeing to marry Lee until Kara came back to him. I was so ashamed for her character...the woman has no self-pride. I hated Lee after season 3, and I just didn't get his character, he had morals, but at the same time he liked to pretend that he abided by rules and regulations. Marriage is serious and he was trying to force Kara to leave Sam, because he wasn't going to be a cheater, yet he was asking Kara to break the bounds of her own marriage. The guy has too many Jack-Sheppard qualities that come shining through in the later seasons! I don't think Kara knew much of what she wanted, she just seems to want what she cannot have in seasons 2-3. In season 2 she was so obsessed with Sam and Lee couldn't compete because Sam was dead/gone and she couldn't have him. Once she had Sam she wanted Lee in season 3, lol. But in season 4 the same case could be made, since she got all about Sam again once he was dying, but she was just so devoted that I couldn't help but love their scenes

I have to admit that in season 2 half of my graviatation towards Kara/Sam is that I was happy to see her have a love interest who wasn't Lee, lol. I love Kara/Leoben interactions, they are so twisted but he understood her in some ways that no one else could. Albeit I couldn't ship them because he fraked with her mind a lot. But I just felt Kara fit a lot more in the cylon world (Leoben/Sam understood her well), better than she did with humans (Lee). Because she was more than ordinary and Lee nor Adama could understand that

I do wonder why this is the case. Maybe a case could be made where we can say the women were too strong on BSG and too weak on Lost, lol. I loved Kara, shes my favorite female character on TV right now because has a refreshing stength you don't find in most women characters today. I think that Adama, Sam etc, where presented as foils maybe to Kara and Roslin, where they were considered weaker to some because the writers explored sensitivity a lot more in males than females I liked the episode where Gaeta and Zarek created a mutinty in Galactica and Roslin was sending out messages on how she wouldn't give up 'not now, not ever' from the Cylon base ship. It was a strong episode for her
I agreed with these! Yay! I'm not the only one who finds David Boreanaz unsexy! I couldn't bring myself to like Angel/Buffy due to this reason. I also can't bring myself to like Booth/Brennan either, lol. Chad Michael Murray, well his nose is really weird and messes up his face. I thought he looked better in his younger years though. But even though I don't find him that hot, I love Brooke/Lucas and will forever resent Lucas/Peyton.

Matthew McConaughey looks sometimes unkempt or unclean, he reminds me of another actor that escapes my mind right now.

I also find Matthew Fox unsexy, even though I know he has classically 'handsome' features.

God, no! My crush on Dan Radcliffe is extremely platonic. Rob is...another story.

And I find none of those guys hot. Vin Diesel has a deep, manly voice though. I find that kinda nice. And McConaughey looks great with his shirt off.

An Australian comedy show aired it's last episode and one of the actors had half his face and body altered with botox and other cosmetic procedures to look like Daniel Craig. WARNING: It shows the injections.

That guy is an idiot (in a nice and funny way) and I love his Hello Kitty tattoo.

It's really pretty, but almost of her clothes on the show are. Retro dresses have made its come-back. You just need to find the right occasion to wear something like that.

I like that he will suffer for comedy. There is a big difference between the botoxed after side and before of his forehead.

I'd want to wear the dress with pearls and go to the grocery store.

Daniel Craig has a tattoo on his left shoulder so this guy had to get one, too. He ended up with Hello Kitty, but I doubt that one was for real. Although, who knows - he seems crazy enough to do it.
