From IMDB news:

Quote:
Lost star Josh Holloway considered dumping his faithful fiancee in favor of a playboy lifestyle when he found fame. The actor, who plays Sawyer, began to develop fantasies about becoming a younger Hugh Hefner as his hunky physique attracted the attention of women the world over. But Holloway, who is now happily married, was too much in love with wife Yessica to act on his urges. He tells PageSix.com, "When Lost took off, part of me thought, 'Do I cut and run?' I still like to look around, but respectfully and with no intentions. 'Married, not buried,' I always say. If I were single?... Damn, I'd have one girl doing my laundry, one shaving me, one bringing me a cocktail and another one coming out of my tent all hung over.
Um....

Naughty boy

ExtraTV.com says the full interview this statement is taken from will be in the next Men's Health magazine:

Quote:
Another happy man is "Lost" star Josh Holloway. But wait until you hear what the hunk is saying in an all-new interview about fame and the temptations that come with it.

In an interview with Men's Health magazine, Josh said he realizes he can have any woman he wants. In a jaw-dropping admission, Josh even revealed he almost left his fiancée at the altar.

"Josh considered dumping his fiancé when his star began to rise," the magazine revealed. "There was a part of him that was wondering, ‘Do I cut and run, can I do better here?' But he did the right thing and now he's happily married."

LOL!

I dont belive what he is saying a bit. He proposed to her the minute the show was a hit. He is just a twelveyearold trying to impress the big boys

I cant get the big riot about it. I came across at least three posts on different boards that says he is a misgynist and a narcissist who have no respect for women. Seriously, Josh ?

I admit if caught me offguard, but I dont think he means what he says. It was just joking around.

I didn't find it surprising at all. In fact, I don't see anything wrong with what he said. He responded the way any man would. And I doubt Yessica is offended or upset. She's got the ring on her finger. He comes home to her every night. What's to feel insecure about? He was only being honest.

No, it's only you. I thought the same thing when I first saw it. I would've written it off as just that, but the shorts are the same on both covers. The second cover is totally him. The arm crossing and the body posture is all Josh.

I guess all those pics we saw of him hitting the gym for the past year has really paid off.

Josh made similiar comments during season 1 in regards to Kate . He wanted Kate to walk up and one woman would be shaving him , one doing his laundry, one giving him a massage and he would ask her what she wanted.

I remember. You guys should read the quote in the latest Elle issue with Evie on the cover. There's a Josh quote in the article about how he'd want Kate and Sawyer to do the deed. I couldn't stop laughing.

In the exact words of Josh: "I hope we come together in a kind of angry, animalistic thing, and then she realizes her folly when I'm like, 'Now go get me a beer, woman'."

"I have been calling these writers from the beginning going, 'When's Sawyer going to get some action?' They're just not thinking enough with the little head. They've got all these huge concepts and major plotlines. But how about getting down to some core Freud."

he says the best things. Sawyer needs some action seriously, no wonder hes getting so annoyed and snappy at everyone.

Some people seem to take things he says the wrong way, like over on IMDB when they took the snippet from Mens Health, tons of people were all "hes so full of himself!" what they didnt notice was that hes obviously so comfortable with his wife and situation that hes able to be truthful about that sort of thing. Personally it makes me like him even more .
