Sniffing ladies necks. This I've got to see. What I don't understand is the Cool Water mentions. That was supposed to be anywhere but North America. First Kimmel and now Ellen are mentioning and showing it. No comprendo!

You're right. It can't be a coincidence. Maybe Josh's ad did well in Europe and Davidoff people thought it might work in the US too.

I've been hoping for it since forever.

Doesn't the cologne already have a testimonial for North America? Last time I checked it was still 2007 though, maybe they didn't renew the contract with that person and now Josh is their only face for the brand.

But North America has that surfer dude under contract for Cool Water. Unless his ran out and they decided to offer it to Josh. That would be awesome, but nerve-wracking. I'd have to go to the store and hunt down promo material. Ugh.

eta: holy cow! That could mean a new commercial over here. At least they better do a different one. The music of the Eruo one is too cheezy.

The surfer's name is Laird Hamilton and apparently he has his clothing line now so maybe his contract with Davidoff expired. Or it hasn't.

The European ad has an 80s feeling to it, but Josh still looks good.

Kimmel even had the bottle of the perfume shown during the interview if I remember right, seems a bit too much for being just a random reference.

I kind of like the Cool Water ad.

Those shots of Josh's back while he strips down of the shirt, and before that when he passes his hand through his hair were enough to make me a fan of the director.

(The best thing ever was Josh coming out of that cave, shirtless - you can see it in one of the "making of" clips, it killed me)

I'm with Fran. The passing his hand through the precious part frakking stopped my heart for a few seconds. It was just...divine.

So I'm totally going to miss Josh on Ellen tomorrow while I'm at work. I hate my job.
