I checked the results today and they were the same as the last time I did it.
He was second in the badass and third in the mane category.

The Man-mane category stayed the same all the time, but Sawyer was about to catch up with Jack Bauer a couple of times, but a few hours later JB was always back in the lead with 34%. *sigh*

You know, even though Josh may not be in first place in these polls, the fact that both he and Evi are the only ones from
LOST represented in these TV Guide "best of" polls really tells you the mainstream appeal of these two. These are the actors fans and media associate LOST with and the characters used to promote the show. No Foxy, no Michael Emerson, no Elizabeth Mitchell to vote for: just Josh and Evi.

That is saying something.

That's a tough one for me. His popularity with the media is an outlet to other projects during or after Lost. But more Sawyer would be nice too.

No, I'm with you on that.
I mean, Jessica and Crystal are right about Josh's popularity and the help it could give to his other jobs besides Lost, but if someone will consider him for a role, they also need to have good samples of his acting in mind. Material like "The Brig" counts moe than any amount of magazine covers.
The best would be to have both, media coverage and TPTB consideration.

Sophie, Josh and Emilie have probably been the two people who have suffered the most this year, in terms of lack of screentime and storylines. Hopefully the next 5 episodes will give us something good to partially make up for the first 8, and next year they'll focus on the Losties staying on the island.

Saw this on Dark and I thought it would be useful to report it here as well, it's a message posted by Daniel Dae Kim on his MySpace:

Because of this, and others like it, I will be removing any friend who has a MySpace site that uses and actor or character’s name, unless it is explicitly clear somewhere on the page that it is a fan site.

Please also be aware that I am the ONLY cast member from the show who has a legitimate MySpace page. If anyone else makes that claim, they are lying. If someone else from the show creates a legit one, I’ll be sure to let you know.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, folks. This kinda stuff brings me down, too...
