This should be a good episode. I usually enjoy the eps Kitsis and Horowitz pen.

I guess Danielle's emotional and psychological condition is what is supposed to explain how she doesn't have any memory of this encounter in the future.

When she took the large coat-thing she was wearing to reveal her pregnant belly, I got pretty sad remembering how both mother and daughter are going to die.

She could believe he was just a sickness induced hallucination.

Danielle could be alive. The island heals bullet wounds all the time. Maybe she was shot where he spleen would have been , if a drunken surgeon hadn't removed her spleen by mistake she would have died.

At least , Sawyer and Locke make it to the Orchid from the promo.

I'm not too fond of Kitsis and Horowitz. I always fear they'll make Sawyer look too dumb and write him primarily as a comic relief character.
The Sawyer/Miles/Jin scene Daniel Dae Kim mentioned in TV Guide sounds like it might happen in this episode.

I can't help but notice Juliet's cleavage in those promo caps. I think they might start pushing the Sawyer/Juliet flirting a bit more now. He was dealing with having lost Kate in episode 4 but 'what's done is done'. I think we'll see him moving on now.

I'm a fan of the "What's done is done" philosophy, but Juliet taking her shirt off and remaining in top could be just a result of the long trek and the fact she and Sawyer will help Locke going down into the Orchid later.
