Well, if the choice is betwen Sawyer's death and anyone else's death, I don't even have to think.

but I hope they can either bring Locke back (body and soul, or just his spirit), or handle the story in a way that allows us to see him for a lot more time. I still love my Locke.

We have not seen the last of John Locke. That is most definitely certain.

Oh, and that frozen donkey wheel/literally moving the island was the lamest thing ever. I don't care what anyone says. It was total suckage.

Other than that, the finale was pretty awesome.

Yea, if you want to see it.. then definitely wait for the morning.
But.. it was just a lot, lol.
I never want to see Sawyer like that ever again.

I just didn't like it at all.
This guy better not die at any time on the show, let me tell you.

I will be in hysterics.

Eh.. I didn't like that at all.
I guess that's why people saw him in LA, though right?

Crystal, Ally, thanks.
It was worse than I was expecting. I felt a thud inside my chest when I saw his body there.

Brainwash that image out of me, Ben!

But the set of the funeral parlor is in Hawaii, isn't it?

I guess that Josh sighting was either a big misunderstanding, or a foiler (grrr).

I don't know, but with what the roads looks like.. it doesn't look much like Hawaii.

Anyways, I agree..
When I first watched it I was like 'YAY, let's see how this would have worked!'
And after the fact, I was like holy crap.. that's not f'ing cool.
Just horrible.

Well, on the plus side, we have who seems to know how to resurrect people.

Ugh. Resurrection. I don't like it. Whatever happened to dead people staying dead? Too overated? Jeez.

I hope "taking him back with us" has nothing to do with "resurrecting" in any way. People are jumping on this idea with nothing to back it up. If they are taking Locke back to the island to bring him literally back to life, then they've jumped the shark, or donkey wheel.

I just can't bear the idea that Locke is gone from the story. He was the whole mythology of this show, yo. I think they could bring him back to "life" in two ways without jumping the shark (more than this show already done already): somehow freeing his spirit on the island, or travelling back in time. The endpoint should be the same in the end, hence Locke will die (because the future can't be changed, according to the writers' statements). But at least they'll keep him alive enough to have him in the story until the end (S6).

Otherwise why would Ben say they have to take him back? Because his body has to be buried in the "holy land" of the island? lol

I'm still thinking that Locke could be the new Jacob. They use Christian as the visual embodiment of the island spirit. Christian was dead on the island. Maybe they want to bring locke's body back for the same purpose?

Deej I agree with you about Locke being the new (and ultimate) Jacob, while Jack and Kate will become Adam and Eve. That's how some of those three will be tied to the island mythology.

For a while I considered Claire "borrowing" her body to the cabin man and replacing Christian, but I may give up on that crazy theory.
