Did we have any information that he wasn't in it? I remember the synopsis being vague about it, but not excluding either thing (either the vehicle was already flying in the moment we saw in the first promo, or it was still on the ground).

I hope the good stuff for Terry's character is coming in S5, along with the tons of things I was expecting to see and I didn't, this season.

Yes, that guy from Lost-TV forum who gave out some spoilers for the first 4 episodes said Sawyer wouldn't even get onto the helicopter.

Lostfan said Sawyer jumps safely on the ground after the kiss, but it the helicopter seems to be pretty high in the promo. We'll have to wait for the episode I guess.

Nope, but most people are hoping that the big finale spoilers posted at Dark's site will turn out to be foilers.
