From HaleiwaDiva: I saw them filming in Whitmore Village yersterday too,TourniquetMan. They were right behind the baseball field. It looked like they might have been filming in a house right there. I didn't see anyone outside, just the big white trailers and the usual signs.

I was up in Nu'uanu in the afternoon (after Ryan had already left). By that time, the only cast members remaining were Evangeline Lilly, Matthew Fox and a new guy wearing a vest with a flashing red light on it. I believe it's Jeremy Davies, who plays a character named "David" or "Dennis".

Jack, Kate and Daniel are hiking uphill through the jungle. When they reach the top of a rise, Jack and Kate sit down to rest while Daniel, who's wearing a black vest with a flashing red light (probably identical to the one Naomi has on when she parachutes down to the island) pulls out some sort of communication device (again, possibly the same as Naomi's "phone") and says something like:
"George, it's Daniel. Yeah, my instrumentation went crazy. Seemed like some kind of electrical storm. I'm here with some of the survivors."
The rest of the dialog was inaudible, but Daniel and Jack seemed to be saying a lot to each other. The take was rather long, perhaps a full two minutes.

"LOST" was filming along a small streambed at Judd Trail, up Old Nuuanu Pali Road. A perfectly LOST-y jungle location.
All the action was out of sight, but it was good to see some familiar faces on the crew. I can only tell you that there was a major confrontation (I could hear yelling echo through the forest), and can rattle of the list of actors I spotted. But I think you'll agree, this simple list alone is enough to get one's heart aflutter. This was a major shoot!
Jorge Garcia (who was kind enough to stop and chat), Terry O'Quinn, Mira Furlan (in a nice checkerboard flannel-type shirt), Josh Holloway (who I believe was the aggressor), Michael Emerson (who appeared to have been on the losing end of a fight), and Emilie DeRavin. Of course there was at least one baby being carried around. Names overheard but not seen include Evangeline Lilly, "Carla," "Alex," "Blake," and "Fuzzy" (likely stunt pro Robert Moody).

Indeed. To put my rambling first post more succinctly, I gather Sawyer was hollerin' mad, and gave Ben a good beating. True, Ben was smacked up quite a bit already, but the... make up job I saw made it look pretty fresh. Also, if Fuzzy is the stuntguy, I gather he was standing in for Michael Emerson for some of the more physical stuff.

There was a major confrontation of some kind, with lots of yelling and stunt fight coordination. I get the feeling "Sawyer" and "Ben" had words, and you can guess who ended up bloodied.

Minor update... my friend D.K. checked in later in the day and saw Matthew Fox. He was in a scene with Evangeline and another male character, described as "skinny" and and sporting a "D" name (Dennis? Daniels?).

Emerson says changes are afoot for Ben, too. The mythical Jacob, whom Ben consistently maintained was the real leader of "The Others," was finally seen briefly last season — "If you looked close and had TiVo," quips Emerson. "He was this big, shadowy dude. I don't know if we're going to see a personification of Jacob this season, but I think, as the source of power on the island, we have him on our hands. He's that force or power that is important now, and it looks like he or it has chosen John Locke (Terry O'Quinn). So it looks to me like Ben is no longer the anointed manager of the island. It looks like Jacob only has one helper at a time, and it might not be Ben anymore, so Ben is vulnerable now."

"LOST" returned to familiar territory today, setting up this morning at the historic YWCA on Richards Street in downtown Honolulu. This building is known best as Hurley's mental institution, but also as Sayid's mosque and French restaurant.
Several friends pinged me with the news, and while it was all interior (and thus scene details are lacking), a couple of them actually got to talk with and take photos with Jorge Garcia. And at least one of 'em hung around long enough to see another actor leave the set... someone who sounds a lot like Lance Reddick, a.k.a. the original Mr. Eko, carrying something that looked like a doctor's suitcase or briefcase.

Emerson -- who plays Ben Linus, leader of the castaways known as "The Others" -- reminds that at the end of last season's finale, Jack Sawyer (Matt Fox) was trying to signal a boat offshore in hopes of being rescued despite Ben's dire warnings that "it could be the death of everyone on the island."

According to the report, Emerson predicts there will be yet another shift in power between the combatant inhabitants on the hit ABC drama when it returns midseason. Although he notes that none of the cast knows for sure what's going to happen this season, "things tend to go from bad to worse on this show, so it's fair to assume anyone else who arrives on the island couldn't be a happy event."

My friend Emeka dropped by the pier Friday night to see what all the commotion was about: "It looks like they've started filming the second episode. They have a fairly big boat docked at the end of the pier. We had to keep a certain distance to keep from interfering with the filming. We were also not allowed to snap pictures. I did manage to get 1 of Naveen Andrews who plays Sayid, sitting in the foreground watching the filming. I wasn't there long enough to see if he was in the actual shooting. Well, here's what you don't know: The scene where Julie rifle-butted him in the head was not the last we were supposed to see of him. He was slated to appear in the May finale in some kind of big Others scene, but he was unavailable due to his Philadelphia sked. If I had a gambling problem, I'd bet my firstborn that we'll see him again.

Watch with Kristin - cast changes?

Ginny in Ipswich, Massachusetts: Will there be any cast changes this season on Lost?
Aside from the newbies we announced last week (much thanks to Korbi for that scoop!), Entertainment Weekly is now reporting that Grindhouse’s Jeff Fahey will join the island crew this year. I can also tell you that, although I had heard a while back that we’d be seeing a little less of Matthew Fox this season, so far there are no signs of any “Jack-off” days on the production schedule (sorry, I couldn’t resist, I’m 12). So, we’ll see.

I live in Kalihi, Hawaii. Yesterday, LOST was filming on N King Street by the Discount Store and Tamashiro Market, for those that live in Hawaii.
I was able to spot Josh Halloway (Sawyer). So I'm assuming a Sawyer flashback. OR maybe a flash-forward??
The scene involved a car being chased by two police cars, leading to the first car to jump a ramp and crash.
That's all I was able to see.
Sorry, I wasn't able to record or take pictures.

Interestingly, Peter and Forest have the same manager. We heard the same rumors you did and asked if either of those guys would be appearing on Lost this season. The management company came back with "not that we know of." That doesn't mean they're not working on a deal for one or both of them to be on Lost. But if it is true, it sounds like nothing is certain.

1) Ms. Hawking (Fionnula Flanagan) will be back for 2 episodes.
2) Aldo (Rob McElhenney) will be seen again.
3) Jeff Fahey may not be Jacob.
4) Christmas will be celebrated on the island during a Hurley or Sawyer Centric Story.
5) Libby was with Dharma but there is a twist.
6) Marvin Candle has something to do with Rousseau's flashbacks but he wont be shown in it.
7) Rousseau will pop up in another character's flashback making another big connection.
8) "Redemptive" will be the key theme in the flashbacks (Sawyer,Micheal,Locke,Desmond).
9) Minkowski has been cast and will show up on the first or second episode.
10) The Christian Shephard Dead or Alive debate will be put to rest in the earlier episodes.

1) there will be a "game-changer" in the first few episodes and it is something the fans will like...

2) Top 2 candidates for a main characters that will die this season are Sawyer and Hurley...this is something that could happen by mid-season and is currently being tossed around by D&C....
when I pushed my source for more info and on the possibility of a death like this occurring they saidit was a 6 out of 10 right now.....sooo take it for what it is worth....i am guessing that most likely it will NOT happen but who knows really...

Lost Rumours: Interesting Casting rumours for Season 4

Spoiler:

1) Negotiations with Harold Perrineau and Malcolm David Kelley are being made with Malcolm contract practically agreed and feelings are that agreement with Harold's people is very close.
2) Only one new actor will enter in the fixed cast, and the actor currently being sought for this role is Peter Stormare.
3) The producers have invited the actor Forest Whitaker to participate in two episodes at the start of the season.

Season 4 Rumours by JOE

Spoiler:

1. The AICN stuff about flash-forwards and flash-backs is true. It will be roughly split in half, the flash-forwards will tell a story culminating with how we saw season 3 end. That doesn't necessarily mean just Jack and Kate get off the island, but whatever flash-forwards we see will culminate with Jack deciding they have to go back and trying to convince Kate.
2. The flash-backs will be mostly from Others: Juliet, Ben, Alpert, although Desmond is definitely slated for at least 1.
3. The temple is important, and will be explored in the last half of the season
4. Rousseau isn't telling the truth about her experience on the island
5. Karl and Alex will have a more central role.
6. Sawyer and Kate will continue to be distant.
7. Locke will not be part of the main group of castaways for the majority of the season, he will be off to the temple with Alpert and then doing his own thing.
8. You won't be able to tell right away that what arrives in the ship is bad news, but it absolutely is

- The rumor is true about cast member having problems on the show and they want off the show.....and they will NOT be missed by many of the cast members.
- Harold Perrineau is asking for a lot of money and does want to be a regular.
- We will meet Naomi's crew sometime next season, but no one has been cast yet...
- We will find out what happened to Annie.....it is another chapter of Ben's story that will be seen at some point early in the season...
- Alan Dale (Widmore) will be seen again...
- Nick Jameson (Richard Malkin the Psychic) will make another appearance this season...
- The season will focus on 2 (two) main story arcs that will occur during the season and will explain many of the things we are all wondering about....
- Ben and Locke will fight and that will question Locke's loyalty...

Thanks for the new thread.

I don't think there was anything interesting on that E!Online show. Somebody would've seen it otherwise.
Two more days and we'll know. Kristin usually puts her Vine show pretty early so mayb she'll do the same with the Award Show.

The observation room sign on the pics Dark has is speculated to be used in experimants. But the doors we saw seem to be that of a plane. I have no idea what I'm saying.

I would like to stay up to know about the Tater Tops, so I hope she won't put the awards up at 4 a.m. (for us), today should be my last day of "vacations". (Or maybe I'll start September 5 so I can be up for Krisin's spoiler chat, Ausiello, AND the Tater Tops, this week.)

An "observation room" is where people are monitoring an experiment, then? An it comes from a plane... o_O

She usually puts her Vine videos in the afternoon or early evening our time. At least I think so.

Something like that.

I've been in some theory threads on the Fuselage (way to much physics) and now I think Kate and Jack are in Alternate Reality. The one in which Christian is not dead and neither is Tom, Kate's childhood sweetheart. Tom is "he".
I think, since anything is possible with this option, that Sawyer might actually be the person in the coffin. The obituary mentions a teenage son and he might have one in alternate reality.

You know how much I love Buddy, right? Well, I think he's trying to make our parting easy for me because between the errors and the blinding colors I'm already fantasizing about the new computer.
It is possible, but at this point time travelling would look amazing in comparison, really. I've contemplated the alternate university theory, but I wonder if it wouldn't be too much complicated for the audience? The mythology is already a mess as it is, How would people react to something like that?

I'll have to do a pimp post in my personal lj.

So in the alternate reality Kate may not be a fugitive (that's why she is happily driving a Volvo) and Tom is still alive and not married? God, this scenario sucks to the extreme level. It messes up so many things, like the perception of the characters' past mistakes.

I don't like any of severl time theories out there, but I guess we're getting one anyway. If they go with alternate realities, I don't think we'll be seeing much of their lives in FFs. The bad side, Jack and Kate could be the only ones surviving and all the other Losties could die before them one by one. The two of them trying to figure out how to change things and go back is not something I'd want to watch.

Sara's (Jack's ex-wife) appearance and her attitude in the FF was perfectly in line with what we've seen about Jacvk's marriage in the "old" reality.
I'm really praying they aren't in an alternative universe.

"Four Men and an Island", sounds like the title of a Jerome K. Jerome's novel, lol. I can't read the second page at all, does the convo reveal anything interesting? It's a foiler for sure (script pages scattered on the beach...) but we have nothing new to discuss.

Can I ask you something, Olga? How much popular is Lost in Russia? And from what you can see, which actors/characters the press focussed on the most? Sorry for bothering you, I'm always curios about this kind of stuff.

About who was Kate going back to: I really have no idea. I don't think it's Sawyer, because it would be too predictable.
About the person in the coffin: my main guess was Michael, but a guy who got a chance to spoke with Kristin of E! online said she mentioned how the producers had thought about showing Locke in the coffin. Probably they changed their mind, otherwise Kristin wouldn't reveal such a big thing.

Lost is VERY popular in Russia! I guess the most popular, than anything else The promotional work was really big! Even the adv was made, where actors say in russian different frases. Especially i absolutely fell in love, how Josh say "keep watching" in russian (that's why i started to watch it, adv makes ALL for increasing the number of spectator
) The most popular carachters are Sawyer (of course), Kate, Jack, Juliet (russian fans very love her), Ben and Michail (it seemed because of his russian origin ), Ana-lucia, Locke.. In press i saw an articles and interviews about Josh/Sawyer, Kate/Evie, Jack/Fox and some others but the same, which posted in other countries press). Yeah, and pretty much internet resources)

I think that theory about that Lock laying in the coffin is wrong. I can't believe, that authors could reveal us the main intrigue of the year
And i think that kate could hurry to her child)) Many of our fans consider that it could be police officer, Wayne, another man)).. And it would be very interesting who it really was))

In Italy Lost is doing good, but the most popular series here is House, I think. Hugh Laurie gets tons of press.

I haven't understood the Locke news very well so I don't know what to think. If Kristin is telling the truth and the writers wanted to put Locke in the coffin but then changed their mind, it means that funeral is not a "big" thing, otherwise how can they just replace a character with another option?

Wayne... if the Alternate Reality theiry is right, then yes, the person Kate is going back to may even be him.

after that, copying the link from youtube ---paste to the field the addres from youtube here in this link (but don't forget to chose the "youtube" in the field near) and push download. Then, when download finished you just need to change format in your downloaded link (from, for example josh.avi to josh.flv) and that's all!
