Well Heidi and Lauren have kind of made peace now.

Me too.
I was reading an article on The Hills and somebody was making the arguement that the show was negative for young girls because all the relationships are bad. They were saying that the Justin-Bobby/Audrina thing was dysfunctional and the Spencer/Heidi was abusive. So people couldn't watch a functional relationship.__________________

But at the same time, while Heidi stays and so does Audrina, they always have Lauren and others explaining why they're bad relationships. They're not really shown as healthy ones.

But they're still portrayed on the show as independent girls living their lives in LA, and so it still just doesn't send a good message.
