we watched it the other night. although we didn't quite finish it. it's better watching it with a Johnny Cash fan. although I said "needed more Elvis" and Jeramie thinks Joaquin is better looking. it was funny, when Johnny first saw Elvis, and he went around to the door and was watching from the side, and they shut the door in his face, I was like: THEY DID THAT TO ME WHEN I WENT TO WATCH TYLER TOO!

although to be fair, I don't think he fully embodied Elvisness. I was watching it thinking: if Full House were on now, Uncle Jesse would have a huge problem with this Elvis. then again, Tyler didn't get to do any of the 'classic' Elvis lines or moves or songs.

True. I think they might've purposely steered away from doing anything too 'Elvis-y' to avoid cheesiness or something. But if they'd tried, I'm confident Tyler would've pulled it off perfectly.
