I really do too Jen! And the exposure alone of it being Speilberg/Hanks would be awesome and really put him out there. And if anyone deserves it it's him. I really think his dedication to the craft is inspiring and hopefully will bring him many wonderful opportunities, especially this one

I think I would love to watch Jason in any kind of role. But he does intense extremely well so I'd love to see him in that

I just want to see him on the big screen. Or the small screen. At this point I will take Jason anyway I can get him.

Jenn is right though he does intense very well. I think I would like to see him in something we have not seen him do before. Some comedy would be cool.

I'm also keeping my fingers crossed for Jason for the Spielberg/Hanks project but additionally for my own selfish reasons - I'm from Australia so there's less chance of me being able to meet him and I would sooo love to! I've heard that it's going to be filmed in Melbourne (I'm from Sydney) but it would so be worth making a trip interstate to meet him!

If he does get the role, a whole bunch of us JD fans on the LoVeShack are going to make a weekend of it and meet him. Because how cool would that be?! *crosses fingers and toes*

Oh that would be awesome for you guys! And it gives me another reason to root for this as well. I'd love for that to happen for you guys

Tought I would revive this thread. How funny, weird, and whatever would it be if Jason got a role in the movie they are doing based on the Stanford Prison Experiment? I was just looking up stuff on IMDb and came across this The Stanford Prison Experiment (2008)

Might be interesting and intense.

Not completely VM/JD related but I tend to relate everything back to VM in life. I read that Ryan Gosling (The Notebook) has cowritten a movie on the Uganda Soldiers (Invisible Children) and that's his next project that he's working on. It made me think of Jason, Ryan, and Kristen - I think it'd be pretty cool if they were involved.

Right now, I'd like to see Jason in anything. Hope he gets something soon, preferably in an indie movie from which he'd get a lot of rave reviews.

His reputation as Logan Echolls will not last forever. This guy deserves something he can really sink his acting chops into. Go, Jason, go!

I think I've decided i want to see him in a psycho killer thriller. Not necessarily as the killer...but an intense movie but then again..I would love to see him in a lighthearted comedy. I don't know! I can't ever decide!
