I just don't want to be strung along for too long. The more VD is dragged out, the more pissed off I will get. My mom has been trying to calm me over the spoilers. I just have to keep the faith that VD won't last.

I completely agree I would just love to see the DV relationship compared to the Love one with the use of Juxtapositions with the flash back's vs Real time.

I'm really going to need those while I have to sit through the VD. Hopefully we'll get some! I still want to know why they break-up. It's probably a lot of reasons mashed together, with the main one being that Veronica wants to return to normal. I find it funny how she seems to think that Duncan is normal because I don't think he is at all. Unless they're going to pretend that the whole last season didn't happen.

I agree I really hope they don't gloss over Duncan’s problems. As for V seeing Duncan as normal well she has never really seen him have a fit and has only really had a glimpse of the darker side of him. Plus I get the feeling that she has a tendance to just not see Duncan as he really is (with the one exceptions of him being a side liner).

She does see Duncan through rose-coloured glasses. I find that to be very annoying. If they gloss over the issues between them I will be one unhappy viewer.

That is just the reason why I need the flashbacks. Not to compare VD and LoVe I know L/V is ten times better but I just need to see it so I can sit through VD being shoved down my throat.

Now I'm trying hard not to be negative, but it really does feel as if VD is being shoved down our throats. I think the big thing is going to be how they are portrayed and it will probably garner more shippers which will piss me off to no end.

I have to agree that between what the sides/spoilers are saying what KB said in an interview recently and my personal experience with Smallville and Lana Lange it's kind of like de ju vu. I can only hold on to what the producers seemed to have done in the first season after it became so obvious that the Duncan character was a dud and the Logan one a star by all appearances they have really been putting money and promotion behind Jason and that is usually not for no reason.

I'm clinging to threads here. I just hope that it plays out differently then I'm expecting. I'm assuming that this triangle has a little more substance to it then we think because otherwise, it's going to be VD in cotton candy land. I can't wait!

I just don't see RT being all sweetness and sugar so Im sure that things will turn dark at some point and I just don't see how the VD relationship as it was in the past could possibly survive RT vision for present-day V's world/life it is just to sweet and sugary.

I'm hoping it'll be okay but yea I'm starting to get really negative. If VD starts getting all the new watchers to become shippers I'll be so pissed off. I don't know what I'll do but I know it wont be all that great.

That's the whole point. V isn't the same person at all. Yet she's trying desperatly to become that little naive girl again. Which is why I think she's with D.

Fleur it's not wrong at all, cause I've been feeling the same way since the first VD spoiler came out.
