Well, I think it's more likely that Dick or Cassidy would walk in on them one day (like what happened in 119), but who knows. It would have been interesting to see how that change their dynamic, though.

Did anyone ever write fic about that the secret staying a secret til after the un-birthday party?

I guess if Duncan wasn't so clueless he would have figured it out... I mean, he even made a joke about Logan asking Veronica to the dance.

Duncan did make that joke, but I don't think it was said in a way to suggest that Logan should. Though, maybe that comment helped Logan figure out that he liked Veronica. I still think Dick and/or Cassidy would have found them one day making out in the house.

Oh, that moment is really good, Julie. I think had they kept it a secret longer, there would have been of those moments. Plus maybe a class project where they complain outwardly, but love the time together, alone.

I agree, Roz, I don't think that Duncan really wanted for Logan to ask Veronica to the dance. He probably only made the joke because he thought it was so far out of the realm of possibility

And you're right, I think that if someone hadn't noticed their looks, Cassidy and Dick would have inevitably stumbled upon them.

I mean, they're theoretically all over each other with their eyes and little smiles but Dick and Cassidy don't have a clue

S1 is my favorite L/V time, but I hate that it goes so wrong, though I know that was important for plot purposes. I think I've only ever watched the end of A Trip To the Dentist once. I turn it off right before she finds the cameras.
