I was just rewatching the scene where he's crying when he's watching the "sex" tapes of his dad and Lily. Those eyes: they really are mirrors into the soul of Logan!

Oh Dena, the eyes are what really get to me in that scene as well. That scene was truly emmy worthy imo.

That scene with the tapes is truly heartbreaking.

Surprising the look on his face when Hannah leaves also hurts me to watch.

Logan broke my heart in the OAV scene if I'm just going by the second season. It's just so raw and the sleeves get me every time. I don't even have to see his face to know that he's sad; it's all in what he does with his body. I'm not sure if I remember it correctly but his slumped over form just radiates sadness. Logan is a glutton for punishment though. Why would he even want to watch those tapes? To prove to himself what was really going on and to leave that ideal behind?

Also with Logan... After Lilly's death we know he also put himself at blame, thinking if he hadn't kissed Yolanda then he would've been able to save Lilly that day, so thus putting a lot of blame on himself, which is when he started acting out more... To provoke Aaron, so Aaron would beat him, because he felt he needed to be punished. Which still of course gives Aaron no excuse, but it makes sense with Logan... The boy is such a masochist. But the whole video thing? That broke my heart, well any Logan-sad storyline breaks my heart, the video could've also been a way to "punish" himself. Sniff. Logan needs some love next season.

I will say that if L/V are together this season and we're lucky enough to see the relationship unfold, I really hope we get the sweetness, plus the snarky banter. That's what I'm really looking forward to. You get everything with these two.

I can't believe it's almost September and then we'll only have a little over a month....

Hopefull this month just flies by.

I still want Logan to be the adorable guy he was to Veronica in private during S1, but I'd love for them to still banter and bicker about things like usual.

I think if they spend enough time with each other, we'll get both.

It is so totaly the eyes. Especailly at toward the end of season 2 you can see Logan's feelings for Veronica, even when they are not together and are snarking at each other. The way he looks at her. And I have to agree with you all the scene where he is watching the "sex" tapes is so heartbreaking. It makes you feel for Logan so much. Another good example is the way he look when the whole "tinsel town Diaries" thing goes on. You can see how much it hurts when that show comes on.

Not sure why I havne't wandered to this thread yet

But I have to say, Logan would happen to be my favorite male character of the show! When I first started watching(I rented s1 and watched them in like 3 days), I had mixed feelings about Logan. The way he treated Veronica and whatnot. But I still enjoyed watching him. But things started changing after the Lilly memorial tribute and that smile/look he gave Veronica. And then of course seeing how much of an a$$ his dad is. And then Logan really started to grow on me. You can't help but love the guy...when he's being the jackass to when he's being the lovable guy with Veronica....to when you just want to hug him as tight as possible while he's watching the tapes.
By the way..it's 6:30 am and I have no clue if that ramble made sense!

Anyways, if you awnt to add some arts to the opening, here are a few I've made with just Logan.

^That's pretty much just Logan
