| Thanks for the new thread.  I'm sure someone will come up with a good title though I loved the whole, "What is this the 1720s?" thing.  And him saying 82 was a good year. haha. I don't know what I liked more...Josef doing business on the phone while talking to Mick at the same time...or Josef just making himself at home at Mick's and making himself a drink! And I can't decide if I liked the darker jacket and shirt or the pink shirt and suspenders! | Master Fan  | Oh Jenn, thanks so much for starting these threads. I hate that I have to work on Friday nights. As for the show and Josef, I wasn't sure what to expect after everything we've heard. But as far as pilots go it wasn't that bad imo. Some of the dialogue could certainly have been better, yes. But I'm hoping it finds it's flow and works the kinks out. I really loved, loved the look of it. (and finally having HDTV doesn't hurt lol) I thought it looked very stylish. Jason was really amazing as Josef, I loved how he handled the "ADD" and he excuded power imo. And I liked that by end of his second scene, that I was definitely feeling Josef and had no Logan vibes, which was a good thing. I want to enjoy the difference and be able to enjoy the two on their own rights. I was definitely left with wanting more Josef/Mick scenes. | I giggled when I saw Jason on screen, especially in vampire mode, when he bit that girl, I haven't giggled in ages  I liked his first scene, but I agree with the reviews that said the second scene was better, he looked more at ease. I loved how easily he shifted from friendly to menancing and back again. We so need to see him kicking some ass. I love that I didn't get a Logan vibe at all, maybe a bit in the first scene, but that's all. Josef is one powerful vampire and Jason played him beautifully. As for the show itself, it wasn't great, but it wasn't bad, there's def. room for improvement. The last part, from the fight scene on, was really good. The actors did a good job, but I think once they know their characters better their acting will also improve. In the end, Josef stole the show for me, but I also enjoyed Mick, we need more scenes between the two. As for the show on a whole again, I think I had a hard time being objective with all that we've heard. I found myself looking for flaws and I hate that. So I'm anxious to see the next two or three and see how it all flows.
