Unfortunately, it looks like the pros were setting some course records and the competition was a lot stiffer this year.

I can't find Jason's previous results for last year, but if he scored equal to or slightly less than his partner last year, then Jason beat his own score this year at least.

If I'm reading the scores for the celebrities, Jason was 24 under par for the whole three rounds. It seems like his pro is playing tomorrow, however, but only fourteen of the celebs. For Jason to have made it, they'd need forty celebs (or so.)

Yeah, I think Jason did fantastic, it's just that these professional's were breaking course records, so the cut off was 27 under par

Okay, that makes no sense to me at all! His individual score is worse that their team score, but the cut off for that is 7 under par on the individual?

I call bull****, because it looks to me that Jason would have moved on if he was a Pro or Amateur, but because there were amateur players that did better than his team's combined team score, they get move on to finals??

I realize this is how the Pro's make their living, so I understand to a certain extent, but it's not like they give the celebrities a choice of playing single. If they did, then Jason would be in the final.

(If you compare their combined team score with what Justin Bolli shows as an individual score, it looks to me like Jason may have even been scoring in the high 50's or extremely low 60's himself, for that to be their average!!)

I took one look at all those posts Anita and went "what the?" Yeah, I have no idea how to read that!

I think the way they did the final pairings this year has more to do with each individuals scores. So, the cut for the pros was at one place, and then they cut off the celebs at another place.

Unless the celeb scores were net scores between the pro and the celeb, but I can't make too much out of it.

For those who want to get a better understanding of the scores. The first numbers Anita bolded are the score under par. The numbers between that and the other bolded number is what each person shot each day (as a raw score.) The last number is the total of all three of those rounds.

Anita, to get back to Jason's website, I understand totally about what you said about it being a little know life philosophy that needs some more understanding. I get the reasoning, it just rubbed me the wrong way for some reason. Still, I would like to know more about it too. Only maybe not through his official site, I dunno. I really do like his website

As for potentially wanting to know more, but not necessarily via his official site..I think that one maybe Catch 22, since to me, the only reason people would want to know more would be because they love Jason as a person, not just an actor, so they'd be interested in something that he considered to be a big part of who he is as a person.

I don't know, maybe it needs to be separated out more and the first two links presented in a more 'PSA' sense or something?

Loved the golf pictures, but it's still a little annoying when it looks like he would have made it to the finals on his own and it was the overall team average that brought him down. I could be completely missing something though!

I think that would be a great idea, separating it from the charities and other links. I think it should be categorized or introduced.
