Roz, that's so cool you know someone in it! Was he an extra or did he have a pretty substantial part.

I'm still tryring to figure this one out as well. Uusally I'm so prepared and up to date with all the new shows and what I want to try out. This year, not so much. Other than Fringe.

He's one of the main cast, Julie, which is the funniest part. I'm just like "what are you doing on my TV?" Though, then I have to admit to watching it, but oh well.

I've got a few things I'm trying out. We'll see how they all shape up, really.

It is, Julie. Are you hoping the Browns are better than last year?

Heh, I can't say I really feel for the Pats on this one. Not that I wish them poorly, but it happens to everyone. It's just too bad that they have so much riding on him to keep up with the legacy.

Well, the Browns have been banged up since preaseason and getting beat up by the Cowboys doesn't help LOL. But that was to be expected. Oh well.

Better than my poor Raiders who didn't score anything in their Monday Night game.

I didn't catch the Raiders/Broncos game.

Now I'm all nervous about the Steelers.

I didn't watch the Raider game either--I'd rather watch something other than Football most of the time.

Oh, I'd be a bit nervous about the Steelers. At least the game is out of the way early in the season--less tension to be sure.

This was so strange but our area got hit with a wind storm (gusts up to 70mph) yesterday that lasted pretty much all day. Most of my family and friends are without power. We didn't have internet for awhile but we did get everything back ok. But so many are still without power because most of our crews went down to Texas to help out. Of course this is nothing like the devestation down there but it was still so strange to get the after effects all the way up here. We usually get the rain, etc but nothing like that.

That's still hard, Julie. I hope it works out for everyone in your area, too.

I feel very fortunate that nothing horrible has happened to California lately.

You guys really do get hit with alot Roz.

The power is still out for so many. And again, it was just strange to get the high winds lasting that long. Very unusual for our area.

On another note, excited to watch Fringe, Priviledged, and Greek tonight
