Well, it was a double post for me and easy to miss.

Not sure how I feel about it as well. Usually talk about movies for cancelled series die down and now this. Interesting.

Plus would it be best to leave it alone? Part of me did get excited though when I read it, I have to admit. Although if it really did come to pass, let's hope the rest of the gang would be involved as well.

Jason spoke about this at BoB and he seeed to think that there's a good chance that it may happen. He'd definitely be involved if it goes ahead and I, for one, would love to see a movie as there were just too many loose ends that needed tying up at the end of season 3. I want a happy ending for LoVe, but I guess you never know what you're going to get with RT!!

Yeah, Jason specifically said he had talked to RT about it and Francis and Ryan had talked about being on board for the movie, so realistically, I think it's more logistics and whether or not TPTB thinks they'd get the return on their initial investment. I think we'd be more likely to get a TV movie than a theatrical release, but I think that also makes it a lot more feasible, in terms of time commitment and cost. I'm sure the WB would love to show it on their new website, rather than just the re-runs, etc.

Well, I'm even more excited that Jason has indeed talked to RT about it and I agree Anita, a tv version sounds more realistic. Especially if the XFiles is any indication.

Hopefully it will come to pass in some way or another. The chance of seeing Logan Echolls again thrills me to pieces.

And I think more exposure on the new WB site can only be a good thing

Anita--those are all good point. I think that there are some very serious issues associated with the process. The logistics of how the movie is released is also another question. The first X-Files movie did well, but this sequel didn't.

A TV movie would be fine with me I have no particular needs to go and see VM in the theater I just want it back in any audiovisual form

I know the odds are really against this most likely happening. But I can't help but to entertain thoughts that I might see Logan again one day.

Yeah, I'll be looking forward to news, too, if only to see what Rob could have done with for either S4 or the FBI project.

Just a little bit of info for those interested. Sean over at Starfury has just announced that tickets for Breakout Before Moonlight will go on sale from 1st September. The first guest announced is Francis Capra and it will be good to see him again as he was a great guest at BoB. Fingres crossed that Jason will be announced soon, I'm pretty sure he'll want to come, particularly as Francis is coming back again!!

Ooh exciting! I guess I better start saving - it doesn't help that hours are being cut at work which means I have less money and am broke at the moment.
