I live in the south so when ice hit the whole city just shuts down and no one goes anywhere. We don't know how to deal with snow or ice on the roadways here.

 That is true. Something we aren't used to. However, we went up thru Atlanta to North Carolina, so we were good. It was really, really cold... highest temp was 19 degrees and windy. But we had a good time. Even found time to go snow tubing on Sat. But glad to be home in 60 degree weather  __________________

Yes I love 60 degree winters. Way better than freezing and below. Glad you had a great time Chris and got some snow tubing in.

I know. And I head out to another convention in 2 weeks. It's a busy first 4 months for me with travel & work. But life is certainly an adventure

Thanks, I'm sure it will be interesting, so say the least since it's a Pastors' convention
But my husband enjoys going with our pastor & I enjoy hanging out with the pastor's wife as well. I'm hoping it's not rainy like it was last year. Didn't get to explore much because of the weather  __________________

It was warm yesterday but we got rain and a cold front in last night so it's back in the 60's again. I like the 60's so I hope it stays around this temp for awhile. |

We are in the 70s so not too bad, but a little too humid again. Not sure if we are having another bout of cold, but tired of all the illness/flu that's going around. Makes me paranoid to be around people, let along touch them __________________
