this is why Dean is so conflicted and can't sleep, he's so busy taking care of everyone, holding secrets in that he is slowly drowning himself into a hole

And just when I thought maybe he'd cut back on his drinking....don't see that happening anytime soon. I just wish Dean could catch a break.
