I couldn't see it... not after everything. If Rory couldn't love him after 5 years she never would so as much as I liked them back in the day, and as a great first relationship I thought it was I didn't see it as a forever/endgame thing and if that was the plan I would have been terribly disappointed.

That being said, I agree a better goodbuye, ending and closure was more than deserved! It was terribly owed to poor Dean, and I am sad that the last we saw of him was the mad bitter young man in the end of S5!

I really hope that we have a little time to breathe at the start of next season, before the boys have to start fighting the Apocalypse. Because Sam's "Sorry" was a start (along with helping Dean kill Ruby!), but there's a lot of work to be done in rebuilding their relationship. And since that's what I watch the show for, I want them to be the way they were before this season again.
