And it's awesome to see her playing such a kickass character

Since anyone can tell you the reasons to love Reign I'll briefly list some of the reasons to hate it. SPOILERS

1) Queen Mary catches her bethrothed with another woman and he closes the door in her face to get back to banging her
2) Once they get to know each other and are all in love Queen Mary once again finds her fiance openly cheating on her and he tells her that once they are married if he wants to have a mistress he can
3) he gets pissed off when Mary kisses his (much more likable) half-brother
4) Mary heard her country of Scotland was in danger and wanted to travel there and so Francis stopped her "for her own safety" by locking her in a tower against her will
5) when they are separated he sleeps with her best friend
6) it's the best friend who comes clean
7) her bff goes into labor (with Francis' child) outside the palace walls during the middle of a plague reemergance and Francis is shocked that Mary would actually close the gate behind him when he takes off to be there for the birth despite the fact that she told him beforehand that the gate needed to come down because it is common freakin procedure to make sure the leaders of a country don't die from an epidemic
8) one of Mary's bffs becomes the then King's (Francis' dad) mistress and openly flounts it in front of the queen (Francis' mom) even though she's not even in love with him
9) everyone acts as if the queen is a horrible person for not being nice to her husband's new teenage lover who throws it in her face how much passion she has with the king
10) the bff who was sleeping with Francis' dad acted all high and mighty even though the king had lovers before her and would have lovers after her
11) the likable brother ends up in a forced marriage to the only one of Mary's bffs I don't like (the one who was the king's mistress)

I rewatched a Season 3 episode, and Katie looked so young when she was playing Ruby, and then I realized that was 7 years ago

its that long time ago daaaaamn thats why she looks soo different now couldnt regonize her at first on arrow quite funny hahahha! but i still miss her as ruby

She made a great Ruby and I knew I had seen her somewhere before when an episode of Arrow, but couldn't place her. Now I know where I saw her before - as Ruby. I really liked her in this role. She did an amazing job too.

I hope Katie shows back up on something soon. I'm actually okay with her not being on Arrow anymore because they were doing nothing with that character, but hopefully whatever she has coming up next isn't afraid to showcase her.

Oh I didn't know that she left Arrow. I tried watching the first season of the show and just couldn't get into it. I would love to see her in something new as well

I'm a bit behind on Arrow, I just watched the episode of her departure a few days ago. I was very surprised to see her leave. Her character was getting left in the shadows. Hopefully she lands something new soon. CW seems to be good about keeping their actors.
