I never heard of him either Hanna, I mean sure I saw him on like Tru Calling and stuff but never thought to you know be a 'fan'

it wasn't until after Supernatural that I started looking around to see was in before.

What I loved about JDM playing John was that he looked so much like both boys, but yet not. If that made sense, so it was totally believable that he could be their father.

JDM is extreamly talented, I rewatched Devils Trap the other day and I was just sitting there in awe of his work. Amazing!

and I was rewatching my s1 dvd too, and I realize that I miss JDM on the show

I hope he comes back even for episodes at a time.

IMO John's death was something that had to be done, so that the plot could be developed and the boys would get more angsty. Winchester angst

But I sure hope he'll be back. For one: the manly teary hugs like in 'Shadows'

John's death is probably sth that really had to be done and even Eric said so in an interview that it was just a matter of when. And it's weird, when John was alive, I wasn't exactly a fan

oh, i love that scene in Shadows! Such a powerful scene!
