| I never supress my John issues... so I'm good  Though going by what I've read about the eppy having John issues over this episode might be a bit uncalled for. But I guess it's just a wait and see.... | Weren't you "concerned" your John issues would surface? I though they addressed it enough. | I was, but I felt odd not having them, it's like a love hate thing with him, and that was missing! ...I was sad about the lack of John, I was hoping it would be a bigger part of the story, when really it was almost the backburner story, too much focus on Laney IMO. | |||

| Aw, I liked Laney. Thought her initial conversation with Sam was hillarious, the two of them being all-attitude with each other. I would have loved to have had more John (or John's voice...... ) in the ep, but what we got made me happy. I'm pretty much pleased with any John/JDM. __________________ "Don't be afraid of the dark? | See Folie, I can't be that fair. I'm thinking, you have JDM...or at least his voice..use it! or if JDM is that limited in time that they were only able to get those few lines, then ok, understandable, but then lets focus the story on the brothers figuring this out together, instead of sending them on opposites ends of the city doing their own thing, and I thought more focus was on Sam, which really made no sense to me (this isn't about which is my fave yada yada yada) I just thought that we should be seeing more of Dean in this story, what he was thinking, doing, etc. Quote:

| While I'm never going to be thrilled at the boys separating on a case (I'd be perfectly happy to have every scene of every episode with the two boys together, but I'm not sure how realistic a hope that would be ), I could understand it, especially given that "John" was involved. Because he is still a touchy subject with the two of them, and that was just more tension added to the stress of Dean's deal coming due soon. So I could see why there would be even more distance between the two of them (both emotionally and then, as a result, physically) in this ep.
