The montage, the how-to-handle-a-gun scene, the dream nightmare Dean had about her, the telephone calls, her behaviour in pretty much every episode in season 5 and 6... long story short: it doesn't really matter which scene Lisa I-may-vomit Braeden is in, she's always cringeworthy. At least she's got a talent for that - next to successfully opening her legs for pretty much every kind of guy.

The Cassie hate-thread (which I discovered recently) reminded me how unhappy Dean was with Lisa. I mean compared to Cassie, Lisa was a person whom he couldn't trust. He didn't tell her much, she only knew that he was a hunter... Lisa was not interested in Dean as long as he played house with her. The scene where he tried to teach her how to use a gun is very telling. She was irritated that he dared to speak about guns & monster stuff :/

^That's true. Lisa failed to accept Dean for who he is. She just projected her own personal image onto him and tried to turn him into a housebroken wuss.

Yep, Lisa failed to understand the bond between Dean and Sam and she just didn't get the fact that Dean would never be able to live a happy apple pie life knowing his brother was dead, injured, hurt, in Hell etc. That's our Dean and she was never capable of understanding it

Remind me, why isn't she burning in Hell yet? Instead of erasing her memory Cas should have (in secret) taken care of this... obstacle in Dean's life.
