The thread is a little more active, sure, but 2-3 people more is hardly enough to run a scene survivor. Especially with the pace with which this thread moves.
We have to wait a little more for more people!

I agree... when this thread kicks up in pace we could definitelly get into that

I do have a little complaint from the premiere.
I liked Pamela. At least I didn't mind her, and hey the woman got her eyes burned out, gotta cut her some slack for that.
But really she did come off as a bit of an Ellen wannabe. And even though as I said I really had no issues with her, I would have prefered the real original thing.

Yeah, I'm a little sore about this. We've seen two female hunters (or at least females of the hunting world) in the last two episodes and they both got killed. WTF? And seeing them made me really miss the female of the hunting world that doesn't get herself killed, aka Ellen. It's really making me kind of bitter.

Well to be fair Pam didn't die, butreally I wouldn't say she got off much easy either...
But yeah the whole having two femal hunters and both of them ending up pretty battered AND no Ellen to add to that?
Makes me a little biter and angry too.
I really do wish TPTB were willing o invest a little more in Ellen so we could get her back
It's really not looking too good at this point, I agree....

Well in all fairness we can't completely blame TPTB because they invited Sam back, she just didn't want to commit to something so far in advance. Both parties are being a touch unreasonable.

Totally agreed!!!
All I'm saying is Sam said she would be willing to do it if they offered her a more long term commitment, and frankly I think it's something they could do on ther part.
But I'm also aware that, on her part, Sam turing them down all the time because they don't is way too much!
Take Jim Beaver for example. He's doing a new show where I get the feeling he's a regular but only commited to that if they let him be in SPN whenever Kripke & Co. needed him.
I don't see why Sam couldn't strike a similar deal with SPN. And really seeing as I don't think she does have much work right now, it wasn't a good move to not take up the SPN offer.
I also maintain that the whole "way in advance" thing would actually be quite good, in the sence that it does offer her a certain job and a certain time around which she can audition!

I think it would be more doable now.
Though I'd wait a couple of day to see how well along the thread is moving....

At this point I think it's pretty obvious that as much as both parties like the chracter they can't agree on how much they will or can commit to her.

Which is a shame.
Cause last week's episode? Man that could have been a good one for Ellen!

Seeing the last episode, I was thinking that seeing a flashback scene of the day Bill die would be so amazing.
