It's from the last day of shooting before they went on winter break which doubled as a holiday party, and from my understanding there was a gift charity auction thing with j2 in charge of the gifts

Back in November j2, along with other spn cast members, ran the Seattle marathon for charity. They crossed the finish line together while holding hands
