I dont remember him on Arrow but guess its been awhile, yeah he needs to come back to SPN Benny could fit in easily, Dean can always use more muscle and a trustworthy friend to have his back.

I didn't see him in Arrow, but I remember somebody say he was in Arrow, and I thought oooh I'll check my PVR but they were already deleted.
