| I'm okay with not suspending belief over Ash dying. Not because I liked that he died, but because I do feel a need for a death to stick. Plus if he didn't die the whole impact of finding the Roadhouse burnt to a crisp and the realasation that Ash went down with it will have been a total cop out and IMO that would be disrespectful to the character. | |||

| I will never deny the writing of it was sloppy! Because it was! But acknowledging he's dead was clearly the intention and personally for me hanging on to the thread that "it wasn't concrete" does take away from the storytelling and the tragedy that Ash indeed died. And as sad as it was losing him, copping out another death just for the sake of getting Ash back, especially a death like that, is also sloppy storytelling. Plus do you really think Ash would be playing poker at a time like this?  I'd take him in a flashback, or as a ghost (which would be awesome if he's haunitng Sam's laptop) in a heartbeat. But alive? | Oh! Thanks  Generally I'm good with abreviations but for the life of me I couldn't figure that one out! Ghost!Ash would be amazing... and IMO hilarious! Like the guys could be trying to find a way to vanquish him and he'll just be trying to help out with a bigger problem at hand..... | |||
