With heaven being all messed up with chuck appearing and then disappearing, you'd think Cas would want to be there to help sort things out...after all he did work with Crowley, steal souls and break Sam's wall in order to fix things the first time around.

You know the more I think about it the more I come to the conclusion that he doesn't really want to help heaven, he just wants to play hero and I honestly think it's because he's jealous of the boys.

Definitely. Look at last season the only reason why he said yes to Lucifer was because he was butt hurt that he was expendable. He was just being a big baby having a fit.

Exactly. He's so desperate to emulate even a little bit of what the boys are and can do and play at the big boy table it's pathetic.

Cas is like I will handle Luficer...and the boys are like no we're in this together...and I'm screaming at the tv "LET HIM! IT'S HIS FAULT LUFICER IS TOP SIDE!" ...they didn't listen to me.

I did the same thing! Well I ranted it at my computer, I was like "Hold on. Not your fault! He's the one who let Lucifer take a joyride using him as his vessel! DON'T LUMP YOURSELF IN WITH HIM!" but they didn't listen to me either

That reminds me of a comment Jared apparently made, I read somewhere that during one of the j2 panels at one of the cons, the boys were talking about fan favorites being killed of the show and Jared said that that's why Castiel is still alive. I have to find what panel it was and see it to verify but if it's true that's hilarious
