Another thing I forgot to add... I don't know if it's just me, but what I've always believed is that Gabriel is supposed to be this badass God fearing/obedient archangel. Even though the trickster being him was a total blindside and awesome move by Kripke, I can't help but be kind of disappointed because he didn't come off that way to me really. Maybe it was the actor and the way he played it... but I think if I encountered him on the street I wouldn't be all "holy crap it's Gabriel!" Idk. That's just totally my point of view on it.

Ok those are my top reasons, but wait I have more!

- Dean worried about Cas
- Cas always trying to help Dean.
- Dean asking if Cas was ok.
- More epic eye contact between Dean/Cas
- Dean is a fanboy of Dr. Sexy!
- Dean wearing sunglasses at night and looking damn gorgeous doing it!
- Dean's epic sandwitch
- Sam as the Impala and Dean making him uncomfortable! Hee!
- The opening cedits...DOUBLE BIKE! FOOTBALL! GOOFY SMILES!
- Dean speaking Japanese
- JACKPOT!

and so much more! I enjoyed every single second of this episode!

Did not like the Trickster ending up being an angel. How do we get another Trickster episode if he's an angel?

Not sure if I can crown this as my favorite episode of all time, but it's top 3 for sure! and possibly the best episode they've ever done! Jensen and Jared were AMAZING TONIGHT!!

mandi i know nothing about mythology.. so didn't know how gabe was supposed to be... but i think richard did a fantastic job! the reveal and the switch over to gabriel? awesome!

i've always loved sam.. just been disappointed... but not anymore <3 he's awesome!sammy again!

Alway's trust Kripke, he's the brains of this show, so we have to trust him to make that his ending...his ending not ours. lol. But I LOVED THIS SERIOUSLY I watched way to much Full House when I was little, cause the credits during the beginning is what they used! I Just thought that was hilarious and the riding the two-bike...ha! & the sitcom of Supernatural..hehe...what great ideas and the Dr. show, I seriously loved when Dean was all blushing and toally gay for the Dr. Sexy, lol that was hilarious and the KnightRider, ha lol Sam turning into the car, hehe. Seriously <3 THIS Show, what a great ending, I understand that Castiel was trying to save the boys but Gabriel/Trickster was always in the way and I LOVE Castiel, he's always there when he is needed and shows up in time I think, I think Kripke will do the right thing and make him more needed, he hasn't been in a lot cause of the rift between the Sam&Dean and now that they are back together, he'll probably be helping him more and I seriously loved loved all the Tricksters stuff and at the end...I so hope that they don't choose their destiny, I now understand why they were picked it was always there part in this to play. I felt bad for the boys let's hope that they won't do this....*Crosses fingers* amazing episode, next weeks *giggles*

Casey... like I said, it may just be me and how I picture certain people/things. I love him as the trickster sfm, but he just didn't have that archangel feel to me. I can't explain it, seriously. lol, you'd have to be inside my head for that one to get what I mean. I won't deny at all that Kripke totally got me with that one though because I would have never pegged the trickster as an angel.. any angel.

^ i totally understand what you're saying! archangeles... like rapheal are supposed to have that overbearing attitude, god fearing, scary quality to him... maybe we just know him as the trickster too much? to see that side of him yet? and he looked like a kicked puppy in that scene as gabriel =[

I haven´t read the other comments yet, so I can write my review on a free mind. I found it an ok episode but maybe that is the problem with spoilers. I read somewhere that there would be a big reveal in this episode and that something was up with Deans answer in a japanese TV show. And I waited the whole episode for those moments. At first came the Dean answer as you all know and I thought to myself: what that was it? He didn´t even know what he was asked or what he answered so for me not really shocking. Then I waited again for the big reveal and after the episode was finished I kept asking me that. I got on the same side and then I realised that the big reveal should be that the Trickster is Gabriel. I loved the Trickster before that but now they made him an angel and all the fun is gone. A pretty much frustated angel and all he told us - we already knew or guessed it. It was clear why Dean and Sam were choosen and it was even more clear that all the other want Dean and Sam to fight each other to death. And it cant really start until they both say yes - and hadn´t Zach and Lucifer told them that before???
Sorry for my rant but I am just a little bit disappointed.
Maybe when I watch it for the second time with not so high expectation I will love it more - I hope so!!!

Now I come to the good parts:
Richard was awesome and rocked almost every scene he was in.
Jensen and Jared in the front credits I laughed pretty much to the whole thing. And their should be a lot of material for the gag reels in it.
Jared and Jensen in the japanese Talkshow it shows just how good their are with looks and communication between them without speaking to much words.

Oh and I forgot that I didn´t like Castiel in this one. He didn´t have much to do and I had the feeling that he was only in it, so that Dean and Sam could figure it out what was wrong with the Trickster. I like him in season four but until now in season five he didn´t have much purpose - only to save them from time to time. I hope that his storyline will get better because Misha is such a great actor and it is a shame that they underuse him in such a way.

Other then that the parodies were good especially the Dr. Sexy and CSI Miami.
Sorry that I can´t stop ranting here but I had so high expectations for this episode and now I am a little disappointed...maybe I am the only one...I hope to get over this disappointment when I watch it for the second time with lesser expectations.
