Not a great episode but still solid and entertaining. It was actually kinda sweet how Sammy was trying to ease Molly into moving on. Next weeks episode look to be more up-tempo.

I watched it.
But I'll be back for my review. I am not particularly gushing about the episode but it was good. I liked how it ended. Yeah, Ghost Whisperer, anyone noticed? Dean: You're like a walking encyclopedia of weirdness. Be back later! __________________

Dean did seem bitter, he even said to Molly that he just doesn't like spirits. Dean doesn't seem to like that there's a grey area to his job. He justs wants to go out and hunt down the weirdness and destroy it. So protecting Molly instead of killing her was probably weird for him. Remember when he discovered that Lenore wasn't bad, it freaked him out.
One thing bugged me though, Molly died in '92, so his comment about J. Love Hewitt wouldn't have made any sense to her. But then maybe he knew that. __________________

I liked the episode, the ending was a shock to me, definatley had me fooled.
I loved Sam's speech to her how it had a double meaning I thought was just awesome. I did feel that it was slow, but after the second half it got better. Just so glad its back even if it is for 2 weeks |

Well I have to say that it was much better on second viewing (still not that great)...
You could actually put some of the little things in context while watching and not as an afterthought. |

Bernadette Yes, It felt kinda long during the first part then once the flashbacks are being told it suddenly got too fast. I got the story and it is a very interesting story. A good plot actually. Maybe what I didn't like was the dragging part in the beginning. I'm looking forward to next week's episode. (I have a love/hate views on that epi) __________________

I actually figured out the end twist pretty early on in the episode. The brothers were just off somehow - Dean was being a bit too hostile (at times he's been sarcastic towards the people-in-peril who do things he think are stupid, but he seemed a bit more than that in this ep) and Sam was being, even for him, too sensitive and Ghost Whispererish. And the show was focusing so much on Molly. Got me suspicious that something was going on. Then when I realized it, things made more sense, Sam trying to convince her that it was best for ghosts to let go and Dean just being on edge the whole time. He's used to shooting ghosts with rock salt - it must have been freaking him out to spend an entire evening having casual conversation with one.
It was a sweet little ending, with a hopeful message. Still, I don't want them to do it again. I like scary monsters for them to defeat on this show. The setting itself did creep me out. Something about being stuck out in the dark woods. *shudder* Quote:

I like how, when the episode is rewatched after learning about Molly, things really do fit together well.
