Because when you ask a rhetoric question you might not need an aswer but you do expect a reaction. And Dean totally blew her off (justifiably).

I don't think she was expecting an explaination for the possesed thing, but maybe a "let's go", or "stay here"...something...not being completely ignored.
People seem to be forgetting (or maybe not forgeting, more like savouring) that Jo did go through a bit of a rough time. You know getting beat up by a guy she probably didn't expect it from and hearing all that stuff about her father... She was a bit shooken up when Dean released her so yeah she had other things on her mind...as did Dean. Dean had Sam to get to. Jo needed some answers (not about the possesed thing).
I'm not going to diss the girl for that. For each their own priorities were more important.

Could, in the grand scheme of things, one say that Jo getting blown off wasn't that big a deal, because, yeah...saving possed brother one ups wanting to figure things out? Absolutely!
I'm not claiming that Dean should have stuck around and have an in depth conversation with her, but in the heat of the moment I can see her not rationalising and weighing things over, acting on impulse. Again it's normal, human reaction! I'm not going to call her a ditz for something me and almost everyone I know would do...
And I'm not claiming that it was extremely mature, experienced behaviour. But she is still learning and she is still growing up and relapses like these are normal, justifiable and expected...nothing to be called an idiot about.

yes Dark Sammy was so interesting. I really enjoyed Sam's journey during the first 5 seasons.

Okay, I think season 2 has officially surpassed season 1 for me. The SL's are a bit deeper and there have been quite a few good episodes this season. It does feel darker but I am really liking the direction the show is going.

This episode was phenomenal. I absolutely loved seeing Jared play a dark version of Sam. And watching Dean go after him was pretty awesome.

I also really loved seeing Jo again! I felt so bad for her when she heard about her father. I think the damon was telling the truth about what happened.

And Meg is back... or whoever the Demon was before Meg. How did it escape hell? So now they have that one and also the yellow eyed demon to track? Great.
