Ok, so what did you think? I actually got to watch it live
Loved my thoughtful Sam & impulsive Dean (shoot first ask questions later). I'm intrigued by Jack. I think he could do good because of the human side of him. Though I'm not a huge fan of Cas as of late, but I liked the way he chose Cas as his father rather than Lucifer.
Though it was meant to be a tear jerker at the end, I had a little trouble connecting, I guess because I know Cas will be back.
I look forward to seeing how Sam & Dean "father" Jack
Now, for Mary... *sigh* I couldn't help but think of Lucifer impregnating her with his child in order to get back when he said he could use her And where is this supposed war? Didn't look like anyone came to investigate any activity

Sam and Dean were great! Very on point with their characters! Dean praying to god/chuck was sad…I would love to see Rob come back but not right away

S13 was a good season opener. I liked it better than s12 opener.

I love my Sam and his scenes with Jack and damn Dean hurting knuckles yikes. All three guys needs hugs.

True I agree Chris I felt a slight disconnect in that scene too. I feel it because we know Castiel is coming back too. Sam telling Jack to say goodbye was good though.

I really, really liked Jack. I'm curious to see this character's development

Overall, it was a good season opener, can't wait to see more. Sam&Dean reacter to their losses exactly like you would expect them to. Dean's praying scene was moving.

BUT... I could do without the last scene..

Dean praying I liked this ep, Jack was a nice surprise, I thought I would instantly hate him, too funny when he called Sam father and Sam creating that spell saving Jack was everything the boys got their hands full with him tho

This episode finally aired last Tuesday in the UK. I find Jack interesting. Really felt for Dean in this episode with him praying to Chuck and not getting a response.
