The young British actor, who appeared with Brad Pitt in Troy, will get a second shot at TV fame after a first failed attempt on The WB's disastrous Commando Nanny. In Commando Nanny Owain landed the lead title role after the original star, Philip Winchester, was forced to drop out due to an injury. But soon star Gerald McRaney (Major Dad) faced health issues forcing production to come to a halt. The WB was forced to cancel the show before the first episode aired.

Let's hope this talented young man will have better luck with the new FOX comedy Kitchen Confidential.

I love his character in this show. From what i gathered from the Pilot Episode, he is your token British guy :). And one of his scenes made me easily laugh the hardest, but i won't mention it until you've all scene the Pilot.

Is he Welsh? Im guessing he must be with a name like Owain.

From his accent, he sounded like your typical cockney Englishman. :)

Ehh, I totally don't remember this dude from Troy, but thanks Cursed for the pictures and the article. He is indeed a cutie. :blush:

I can't remember him in Troy either. :confused: I need a picture or something from the movie.

I looked quite a bit for pics of him from Troy and couldn't find any. :( His character's name was "Lysander". I still don't know who he is though..

I'd have to see that movie again to know. All I remember was Orlando Bloom, Eric Bana, and Brad Pitt.

Hmm, i can't remember him either, but i have the movie on Dvd, so i'm gonna try and find him. :)

I love the whole cast but Owain was the best part of the show tonight...he was priceless. :lol: Nothing fazes his character.

He's perfect for this role.
