Yes!!! YESSS! I didn't know that. I want the world to hear "Date with the Night" cause as far as I'm concerned, it is all a single should be. (I'm going to quote myself on the "Albums your can't get enough of" thread) but with Brian on drums switching from duple to triple in "Ride" like it's no one's business but him and his coolness. He IS the backbone of that crack addict heartbeat that drives Date with the Night. So psyched! :hot_pinkie:

Being a HUGE fan of both the Pretenders AND Yeah Yeah Yeahs, it's clear as day that Karen O is the biggest ****ing Chrissie Hynde wannabe to ever walk this earth. However, she is forgiven because OH MY GOD does she rule! Fever to Tell is one of my favorite albums ever. Not too keen on their self-titled EP but eh... [img]smilies/thumbs_up.gif[/img]

The first time I heard this CD, I was drunk at a friend's 21st birthday party. I have nothing but great associations with it.

Karen Oh does have a voice that makes you wanna move with her, even if you have no idea what the hell she's singing about. Tick is my fave song on the CD.

'Maps' is the most heart felt track on the record with the exception of the little reprise at the end. (the sweet 'cool-kids ditty'). But the album itself is really cheap (I saw it for $9.99 at Best Buy) and it will add a touch of brilliance to your CD collection with it's "I-had-a-bad-day-and-need-somthing-to-make-me-wanna-scream" energy.

It's really, so good...GET IT!

It's all I watched this semester during breaks between classes...it matches the song so, SO perfectly. I made some avs from it actually, I'll see if I can find them.
